funny thing is i've had a lot of subpar pizza in Manhattan.. lots of touristy spots, and lots of pizza that is less NY in quality. Brooklyn, Queens, LI, and Staten Island are all the way to go, but generally not as many tourists to enjoy it. probably NJ too, although i haven't tried as much there.
Yup- that's fair. There is a fair bit of touristy pizza joints in Manhattan, I guess you just have to know how to weed them out. _
Anyone with a phone should be able to weed them out quickly. I'll be heading up myself in October some time, 10 day cruise and then a week in the city afterwards, been a while so probably going to gain 20 lbs. or so eating all that pizza and bagels.
Man I might just exclusively eat pizza when I make my trip down there... But it seems as if the gang green members should just ban together and open a pizza-bagel franchise, maybe we can make it big and buy the team from woody?
Thought he looked ok, nice pass to Posey and they seem to be determined to have him take snaps from under center as much as possible. Would have liked to see them let him air it out a bit more but I guess they didn't want to expose him to injury, his last dozen plays or so all being runs. _
So does Petty start Thursday night and play a majority of the game? I would think it'd be very run heavy taking no chances on getting him hit. Is Flynn even available to play? Or does Johnson play? _
So is everybody thinking Petty is going to the dreaded practice squad or is Flynn getting cut or Johnson getting cut in which case why did they sign them, they may never see the field before they are gone because they certainly aren't carrying 5 QBs.
pettys not going to practice squad, he probably wouldn't clear waivers. i think they are going to cut flynn prior to week 1 and go with johnson as the backup. they will resign flynn for week 2 if he's ready to go.
So you are assuming smith will miss at least a few weeks? Maybe they plan on cutting HIM or putting him on IR which will amount to the same thing when the season is over. Still can't see 5 QBS on the roster.
Fitz, Geno, Petty and Johnson week 1 and Flynn gets cut. Flynn resigned week 2 and Johnson gets cut. They kind of have to keep 4 unless Petty develops a hangnail and they put him on IR. _
Yep, they'll keep four until Geno is activated again, then they'll drop the fourth. And there's no way in hell Petty sniffs the PS.
