That's mozzarella, provolone, pecorino romano and parm reggiano.

The yellow hue is the oil releasing from the cheese and the sauce.

Or the tears of my asian enemies.

I'd go for the latter. I've never seen anything that colorful coming from a pizza unless some midwest or great plains or whatever numbnuts put cheddar on one. Then you'd need to mask the flavor (?) with ranch dressing.

I consider myself a pizza purist but there is one place I hit occasionally that makes a fresh mozzarella, goat cheese, duck confit, cilantro, scallion pie topped with hoisin sauce and they always have cold Peroni on tap.
