I found it interesting that the reasons this guy gave for what he did (aside from being discriminated against) were all sensationalized news stories. I'm sure the papers and talking heads will consider that a badge of honor. Some people are also saying he should have been identified by the crazy shit he posted on social media. All you have to do is look at those Twitter and Facebook comments from random shitheads that Husker posted, it's impossible to crack down or identify anything that way without turning into a police state.
some psycho just randomly knifed a woman to death in the produce aisle of a Shop N' Save in Maine a week or so ago.
Weird how things come full circle. Decades ago, this sort of tragedy had its own coined phrase: Going Postal
The POV video of the killer was numbing to watch. The way he just chilled around them for a bit before attacking
That's exactly how you are being directed to feel by the media. When I was in the service, anytime a military person died on base, the flag would go half mast, with one exception: suicide. They made it a point of not honoring or bringing attention to people who took their own lives. This is the exact opposite tactic of the media, who are basically honoring a killer who wrote a manifesto about how he did it because of media sensationalized murders. They give momentary lip service to the victims, and then do what they do best: honor the killer exactly the way the killer wanted.
I guess it was the little black bars on the wall behind him, but my first quick glance at this immediately associated it with Schlitzie the Pinhead from that movie Freaks
Guns should be legal to anyone who wants one. However, the Andy Griffith rule comes into effect and you are only allowed one bullet for that weapon.
If sandy hook didn't invoke change and get some gun reform in this country, I don’t know what will. It’s all so disheartening. This video sums up my feelings perfectly. He nailed it!
Just to clarify ... you think we should make all guns illegal and have the government take them all away?
tbh I think it's the only realistic way to stop this sort of thing from happening all the time. I don't support it for many reasons, but it at least has merit imo. People who just cry "more gun control" after an incident like this are generally as shallow as a donald trump speech. There's really no gun control other than make guns illegal and remove them all that would have stopped this shooting. Even at that, I think this nut would have killed or severely injured these people another way.
