Can't really tell that well (blurry) but I'm guessing either a four-in-hand knot or a Christenson knot due to how slender it looks. But it could just be a badly tied Windsor knot.
I was going to say four in hand, it is one of the easiest to tie but should be used with ties of a heavier weight fabric, if used with ties of lighter weight fabric it can tighten up too much where it shouldn't.
The top one can definitely make that case, the bottom one looks like a dead ringer for a four in hand: I myself prefer the rose knot, when I'm taking a break between pondering Isaac Barrow's approach to calculus, and teaching my dog how to speak Mandarin:
