Didn't see the game sadly...But the better he does, the quieter this place will be.

Especially now that Geno-Fer the Diva is sidelined as Glass Jaw Joe.

    Except for Alleycat.

The jets should pray he gets cut.. Situation in philly is bizarre and he makes allot of money.. If they think Bradford will stay healthy, Barkley has ar future, Sanchez might get released. I think tebows going to stay so crazy chip Kelly can do wacky things with him.. I was hoping Sanchez looked bad tonight but he was on fire. Looked great

He looked alright. Missed that td rolling to his left. I've always preferred him over Bradford though

    Just watched his series.

    He kicked ass tonite.

Literally hit every single pass but the roll out in the end zone.

A few drops but he was accurate, went through his reads, hit guys in the hands.

A real live solid NFL QB.

A team could win some games with him.

Btw, his arm looks very healthy. Looked like a lot of zip.

like the more mature version of the green guy the Jests drafted?

Then saddled with a Schitty offense?

Meh. He had a nice td called back before that miss throw. Overall he was solid and improved. And for those that will ask, yes it was against the 1s.

Well Suggs is being accused of trying to ko him tonight with a cheap shot. But yeah either way Bradford won't last.

Sanchez should be starting for an NFL team. Luckily for him, that will be in Philadelphia. Bradford played ONE DRIVE and barely survived it. Sanchez will get in the game soon enough. I feel like Tebow offers more to the team than Barkley though. Interesting to see who ends up getting that #3 job.

That was a nice TD throw that got called back and he had another to Agholor that he couldn't control to the ground.

Btw, that Agholor is going to be really good. The Eagles have a great WR corp with Matthews, Huff, Cooper with Agholor.

Mark was the pick of the QB's on show and moved the team well. Didn't take big shots down he field like Bradford but then again he didn't show the same Genoesque ability to overthrow his receivers as Bradford did.

Barkley is meh! He had a good game and if they want a regular type of QB sitting on the depth chart then he's just as good as a few other 2's and 3's out there and if cut I can see a few teams without a Bryce Petty type prospect on their roster to perhaps stake an interest in him.

Tebow was Tebow, probably held on too long in the pocket on a few plays attempting to be a pocket passer but he certainly gives you another dimension and the Eagles run game seemed more decisive with him on the field attracting the attention of the Ravens D in a way that a pure pocket passer will never give you.

If Chip thinks Bradford will stay healthy then #3 is Tebow, if not then go with Barkley.

I only saw him for one series, they had a short field and I think he threw one check down pass. the rest were all runs. typical Sancho stuff.

It looks like Tebow is getting #3 for 2 point conversions. That's a huge factor this year. If you can make 60% of your 2 pointers you're going to the playoffs most likely. Tebow isn't a good QB but he's a beast from the 2 yard line.

If you can make 60% of your 2 point conversions you're going to throw the math off for every other team, especially the teams that can only make the normal 49.5% of their 2 point conversions.

You're going to go for 2 pts on any score in which 1 point is not the exact number you need. That's because making 60% of your 2 pointers makes each TD worth 7.2 pts and the teams that want to kick the 15 yarder are only getting 6.98 points off of their TD's.

It's going to add up in a hurry and create major problems for your opponents until everybody understands what the new rules changes mean.

Tim Tebow is actually a plus asset if all you're using him for is to make your TD's worth 7.2 pts instead of 6.98.

still not seeing how you draw the line from 60 percent of 2 pt conversions to playoffs.

The line goes from "if you can make 60% of your 2 pts conversions you're going to do that on 80%+ of your scores" to that's a significant number of points for most teams. That's probably 2 points a game for a good offense and those are the offenses that will be able to make 60% of their 2 points conversions.

Chip Kelly is exactly the kind of out of the box coach that you'd expect to exploit the new rule to it's fullest benefit for his team. Belichik unfortunately is another of those guys although it's not clear he has the personnel to make it work. Brady isn't going to be able to complete 60% of his passes from the 2 yard line and it's going to take an extraordinary game plan to convert 60% of the 2 pointers once teams know what you are doing.

With Tebow teams can know what the Eagles are going to do and still maybe only stop it 40% of the time or so. It's his god spot. The place where it doesn't matter that he can't throw and that he has slow reaction time in the pocket. What he has is strength, drive and the willingness to run right into people and also the evasiveness to make them miss in space.

If this rule had been around 15 years ago LaDainian Tomlinson would have been MVP like 5 years running.

Just over 8% of NFL games are decided by 2 points or less. That equates to just over 1 game per season.

You also have to consider that making 60% of your conversions sounds nice and symmetric but it wouldn't necessarily come evenly throughout the season. For example you may put up 100% of your 2 pt conversions in 1 game to tilt the scale one way and then miss them all in another game to tilt the scale the other way. Missing all your extra points in a game has as much if not more of a chance of losing a game than making all of them in a game gives you to win one.
