And nobody drinks Pinot Noir in August.

    Unless you're in Oregon.

Boy the pats faithful and press sure beat he nfl up over 8/19 hearing. So much left out on why the NFLs position is sound

If you read Nash's reply, I unquivocally state that Berman will rule for NFL

Nflpa is arguing semantics under the guise of retrying the arbitration under Bermans court.

kessel maybe smart but Berman won't fall for that

I think you're not paying attention. Even if the case is sound for the NFL, their argument against TB12 has been shredded by a federal judge. Even if the judge upholds their right to "fix" the results, it doesn't matter.

I must respectfully disagree. A cab in the sun with a big greasy cheeseburger is my fucking heaven. A cab indoors with sliced prosciutto is a close second.

No, most of them are dead because of illegal steroids.

What has you team accomplished in the last 15 years?

One measley Super Bowl title with a rapist at the helm?

For Francis Begbie Stokes- already said it, several times: no crime. Luckily, an incredibly inept NFL arbitration will end up bringing justice for an incredibly inept charge and punishment. Fail all the way around which will be confirmed in Federal court in short order. Clear enough?

Seems that the cliff notes from the Twitter guy paint that picture but the rebuttals from Nash. were sound and support the penalty and Goodell didn't overstep

Judge Berman asked to see the discipline letter to Kraft

    No one ever reported that

All the pats fans are out popping corks celebrating

    Poofy poof coming

So you are denying that Tom
Brady directed a ball boy and a locker room attendant to deflate footballs after they had been weighed in by refs.

Just checking your level of pussification that you can't, as a man of action, admit that.

Are you attending Mike Webster's birthday party next month on the 24th?

He'll be a happy, healthy 65 years old.

BTW, he was one of the greatest centers to ever play the game.

Another thing, Berman wants to read up on Vincent's letters (notification of penalties) to NE and Kraft.

The nfl statements to Kraft and Patriots make it clear that violations were both by laws and Cba violations, secondarily Brady falls under the latter to be on notice for law of shop, notification of knowing he would be punished for non co-operation and we now know the phone destruction was huge. Cba , every player had a copy and is under obligation to know what they are liable for.

    https://nfllabor.files.wordpress.com/2015/05/nfl-statement-5-11-15-3.pdf

Nash argues these points of reference after Berman grilled him. Wells report giving into punishment, plus the appeal stuff where Brady came forth a few days before appeal about phone destruction.

    The 2011 Cba is here

    https://nfllabor.files.wordpress.com/2010/01/collective-bargaining-agreement-2011-2020.pdf

Page 204 of article 46 states nfl must send written notice of violation to club and player for conduct detrimental and commissioner has authority to levy fines and suspensions.
They did this when notifying ne, Kraft and Brady.

    They [NFL]followed the law / rules to a T

The appeal was a fair hearing for Brady, where he got to speak on his own accord. Keep in mind he wasn't believed in the wells report and they didn't think he was credible in his appeal
Goodell for as much as we hate him, did hid job. Kessler's case isn't so slam dunk as the cheerleaders want u all to believe. This last page of the 8/19 transcript is a huge eye opener

You're trying too hard to look smart. We've read you shit for months and know better. I just read the transcript of the hearing. Actually read it and come back and tell us how great the NFL case is playing with the judge, and how Kessler and the NFLPA really isn't blowing giant holes in the commish's case.

Q: Is the judge ruling on Brady's innocence or otherwise or is he ruling on the (Legal) validity of the CBA/Goodells power to punish as he sees fit?
