They interviewed him in the locker room and asked him about it and his answer was "I like my balls a certain way" and then laughed it off..I'm certain he thought nothing would come of it and of course now that has never been brought up again but for anybody watching it would be hard to forget.

This is procedural, wide-o. There is no provision for this standard in the NFL protocols. They made it up. The Judge thinks its a giant pile, not just me.
Actually it's sort of the opposite. The judge needs to rule if the NFL has the ability to suspend Brady even if he didn't do anything wrong. As far as anyone else, he's exonerated unless you want to hate the Patriots and TB for irrational reasons. Finally real information is out, it's pretty clear it's a heaping turd of the NFL trying to cover up their own incompetence of now knowing the ideal gas law.
You are correct but the CBA is so insanely one sided that the League may actually be contractually justified in "just making shit up." That is essentially what is really happening with this case, the NFLPA fucked themselves but did they fuck themselves this royally?
