    WWII is 70 years old.

    Doesn't mean it didn't happen.

Being accused of cheating, is not the same thing as cheating or being found guilty of cheating. Supposedly all this stuff happens but we've got a live game filmed sideline and a disputed statistical analysis on football air pressure with a bogus court case to go with it.

Give me a break. Someone should have concrete evidence of something at this point.

It's reaching the point of hysteria.

We'll see how this court case all shakes out but it looks pretty good so far.

With Peyton's record in Foxboro, can't blame him for thinking the locker room was bugged.

He certainly performed like it was.

Oh stop being a naive pussy.

There is no video evidence. No confession.

You know he fucking did it.

    No.

The more information comes out, the more time goes on, the more the story reverses itself. That's absolutely been the pattern. <edit>

Looks like John Mara isn't so tired of this arrogant little pricks standoff after what he said last week

Adam Schefter ‏@AdamSchefter 3m3 minutes ago
Giants' co-owner John Mara has respectfully declined to participate in settlement discussions between Tom Brady and NFL, per @mortreport.

I'm sure he's backed by all the legacy owners as a single voice

If Brady wins, this thing isn't done. Perhaps I smell the commissioners exempt list for more conduct detrimental

grogan claims the story will go poof this week

More on Mara thing. NFL saying Mara will not participate

    Chris MortensenVerified account‏@mortreport
The league did not want Mara to participate because they consider it a commissioner-only matter, aside from obvious competitive conflict

When asked about the speculation, which surfaced from Peter King of Sports Illustrated in 2010

    Hence the term "rehashed"

Fair enough, you're right, it's taken incredibly longer than I'd predicted or hoped. You would think someone who was beat (Goodell) would know it, but it's coming down to abuse of power which is no unfamiliar story in labor relations. But this thing is slipping away from the NFL and you must feel it too.

Nflpa best get their appeal ready, cause poofy poof........Berman is following his book, and The shield can take the abuse

I'm sure NFL is ready for oncoming power battle. Brady will be cowering back to his pops house when it's all said and done. If belichick isn't ever turned over as knowing or abetting ........it will be so landmark.

Popcorn stock here I come

Until the judge pulls out the rug and rules for the arbitrator. It is rare for them to rule against them. The judge playing hardball against the NFL is an attempt to force them to settle the case, as he does not want to rule on it.

What's the NFL's motivation to treat the most successful team over the past 15 years or so so harshly? That just doesn't seem like it would be good for business.

The NFL wants parity, not one team dominating for 15 years.
