Being accused of cheating, is not the same thing as cheating or being found guilty of cheating. Supposedly all this stuff happens but we've got a live game filmed sideline and a disputed statistical analysis on football air pressure with a bogus court case to go with it. Give me a break. Someone should have concrete evidence of something at this point. It's reaching the point of hysteria. We'll see how this court case all shakes out but it looks pretty good so far.

Fair enough, you're right, it's taken incredibly longer than I'd predicted or hoped. You would think someone who was beat (Goodell) would know it, but it's coming down to abuse of power which is no unfamiliar story in labor relations. Until the judge pulls out the rug and rules for the arbitrator. It is rare for them to rule against them. The judge playing hardball against the NFL is an attempt to force them to settle the case, as he does not want to rule on it.
What's the NFL's motivation to treat the most successful team over the past 15 years or so so harshly? That just doesn't seem like it would be good for business.
