Schefter reported that yesterday. Kraft accepts punishment Brady approves NFLPA motion to federal court. It's Brady's 'mess'. It's Brady's bed. Kraft takes the slap, Brady staggers on
how so? it was never known that brady pulled this phone nonsense before he got interviewed in March, it wasn't disclosed in teh Wells report because it was only forwarded a week before the appeal. all the BS about his policy, total BS it cements his guilt in my eyes.
Put the equipment manager/s and ball boy/s on the stand, not too difficult. And turn over the (destroyed) text/context requested during the investigation. Or... Pull the wool over...deny, deflect, destroy evidence the patriotway
Please provide proof of 3). I don't think it exists. 5) Pass defense rules (Manning weeps rule, and Marshall Faulk is bitter rule), formation rule (Harbaugh bellyaches rule). Nobody cared one flying shit about air pressure in footballs until the Ravens and Colts started whining about it. Then the NFL self-immolated about it. 6) Pittsburgh, SD, Indy, and Baltimore (mainly) have become embittered to the point where those teams have lost all rationality, so yes.
Because Wells didn't care and said Brady was cooperative. Goodell spun it as an AHA!! even considering this. Red. Herring. To win public opinion.
Sure! Goodell didn't call them to testify. Why not? (My theory- they would testify to the effect that either they did nothing or that Brady had nothing to do with it, and the Wells report is toasted, but who knows?) Brady DID turn over everything Wells wanted (plus testified under oath, unlike the NFL side), just not the phone itself. Wells wasn't bothered by this UNTIL THE APPEAL when Goodell spun it as significant.
3) He admitted to destroying his phone and admitted he knew they wanted it for evidence. 5) the same pass defence rule that helped Brady carve apart the league for years? The formation rule i'll give you that was creative coaching at it's best. Nobody thought before this that teams would have an (alleged) system this organized to doctor balls after being approved. 6) all those teams have won super bowls within that decade i spoke of. Pitt is arguably going to be the best they have been since they lost to GB in the super bowl this year. Indy is primed to be arguably the best team in football for the next decade. Bal never falls for more then year then is right back in the mix. If anyone should have issues it's teams like the Bills and Jags who have been completely irrelevant since the turn of the century.
That's interesting. Seem to remember a million emails including those about pool covers and busting Peyton Manning's nuts...
You should give the report a read, since you obviously haven't read it and pretend like you know all about it.
The nice thing is that even though this isn't the appeal of the actual cluster-F the federal courts are recognizing a serious issue of fairness, basically torpedoing any hope of this "sticking" as the years go on. It'd be nice to see the arbitration appeal carried out by an independent person, let them ask whoever they want to testify. Open the hood and look underneath. I mean we can go round and round another 8 months on this but at the end of the day someone neutral has to decide this. It's fair.
Because it wasn't protocol as normal game ops But you fools cry it was a sting If it truly was a sting. They may have done so but each Pats ball was marked by Anderson with his sharpie as 12.5 psi per The deflator McNallys request. 2 balls were brought up to 12.5 psi after being submitted below standard Why do you fools spit in the face of the facts
Schefter given false lead by Pats it seems. It wasn't an NFL leak. Schefter is a fool now Where is his apology
I'm expecting the judge to rule something like ... NFL you're fucking wrong; the way you figure out suspensions is ludicrous..like you're an American professional sport, conduct yourself.. accordingly ...fuck you. I'm reopening the case. And then...... Tom................ you fucking cheated. Youuu cheated , ..everybody knows... Just take the 4 games and go away. But ..Youre a real asshole; and now you'll get your day in court. And all the people involved are going to testify; ..and if you are innocent the people will know. Until then enjoy the 2015 season ... regards, Highholiness Berman
I don't see any evidence pointing to cheating anywhere. If the judge were ruling on the arbitration it sounds very much like that aspect would be over since the words he used to describe the leagues fact finding - conviction were "quantum leap". It's all been bullshit. I mean believe what you want, but that's pretty real and generally becoming accepted unless all you know is the media hysteria on a bogus report before the super bowl - which of course the nfl knows.
The deflator and the other texts outlining payments? the destroyed cellphone? The bizarre as hell press conference right when it broke? Kraft switching from we'll work with the investigation to demanding an apology in under 24 hours? The ball boy sneaking into the bathroom with the balls after being checked? Denying a second interview with the deflator? This is ALL evidence pointing to cheating. Did GODell overreach with his punishment? Yes. Is the CBA insane and gives too much power to the league? Yes. Does that include the loose burden of proof used in this case? Yes. but you cannot say that there is zero evidence against the Pats.
