You do realize these are over testosteroned / over muscled / macho dudes and the "punchers" job was essentially to smash people into the ground? Not saying any of these actions are just, but the expectations should be a little different from the average "workplace environment"

I agree with Section 336. plenty of NFL players can be tough and can deal with arguments in the locker room without cold cocking their teammate. IK is the asshole no matter what IMO. If Geno Smith waved his dick in his face, I'd still blame IK for swinging at him. You don't punch out your teammate. I have no respect for him. I agree that the expectations should be a little different, but stricter, not laxer. These guys are already feeling too entitled, above the law, and their previous "mistakes" have been swept under the rug and overlooked their whole lives. That's what's wrong with them now. There have been 1000s of punches on practice fields and work out areas and training facilities and the like. You honestly think that NO ONE in 80 years of football has been punched in a locke room? The locker room is an extension of the field. The laws and norms of society do not translate to the inner workings of NFL teams. _
