Hey man, what did you think of the Deadpool red band trailer? I also read Marvel is bringing Cable and Deadpool back in the comics
When have you ever heard of the starting QB getting his jaw broken by a teammate...it tells me guys don't really have respect for Geno
Albert Breer has a source that says the fight was indeed over money. I'll believe that, not Boomer. Bad look for everybody.
Geno may have been doing well in TC but that is an opinion, not a fact. There is no score board in training camp.
Even if you want to make the argument Fitz and Geno are six of one and a half dozen of the other, or Fitz is marginally better it's still bad for three reasons A) all the unneccesary attention that the 'same old circus' will get after the new regime had tried to get the circus out of town B) the fact we do lose a roster player out of this, albeit a backup but still he got himself cut C) what happens then if Fitz struggles or gets hurt? Either they have to go with a green Bryce Petty, someone off the street or a Geno that's missed all of camp plus the early regular season and clearly has no respect in the room?
Loved it!!! Looks promising and nice to see Blind Al in there !! Pretty Pumped and Ryan seems to know what he is doing
Exactly. IMO, Chad had the best PA ability, or at worse, 2nd best behind Manning. That was severely negated with the arm strength issue as you could stack the box to stop the run. That was the real reason the Martin's YPC were not as high despite the attempts...and actually further justifaction that Martin's accomplishments were pretty darn good considering he didn't have a QB that could stretch the field during that period. Despite the fact that I hate Hackett and Herm, there wasn't much they could do with the physical limitations except try to scheme WRs open. Hackett was schematically sound - especially given the success of the Jets early in games. Where things broke down was when defenses adjusted, Hackett couldn't make any half time adjustments and Herm was too conservative.
Everyones acting like we just lost our "Pro Bowl" hall of fame QB ........He was gonna end up getting benched anyway.
Don't be foolish. He was having a very good camp. It seemed like once a day he was connecting for a TD to Marshall over Revis. The chemistry they were developing could have been a game-changer. This is a big big loss.
No, he wasn't. He explicitly said Pennington threw a better deep ball than anybody he had played with in the pros.
Yep...and lost his starting job because of it. The Jets have had some WEIRD QB injuries. Neil O'Donnell's calf being another. Sanchez obviously, Vinny obviously...and this.
Yeah I'll believe it now that it's out from more than one source (although maybe Breer and Boomer have the same informant)...just pathetic. How do you wind up owing someone who makes less money than you?
