    over sixth grade stuff apparently. who knows maybe it was about seating during lunch, a girl, or as Evan said monday night raw. whatever it was, it wasn't a good reason and it's embarassing

    Only the Jets could lose their starting Qb in this manner. Geno looks like he finally may not be a dumpster fire...and BOOM. He gets punched by a teammate and his jaw is broken.

    somehow, i'm more upset at the news of losing IK.
    this guy was primed to contribute. stupid move. i get the sense Geno is not the most respected guy in that locker room, or this would've been diffused a lot quicker.

    I heard that Geno actually threw the first punch, but that it was a few yards short!!

    The fact that IK made it out of that room alive just shows how little Geno is actually respected in the room,

    no way man, you can't blame this on Geno Smith anyway, I don't care. An argument is one thing, putting your finger in the face of someone during an argument is one thing too. Teammates, even coaches argue and disagree all the time in the NFL... but to sucker punch a teammate?? the QB?? IK is an asshole and I hope he never finds another job again.

    I really wish the talk shows would stop with the Bowles creating a circus talk. He had nothing to do with this stupidity and I hate that he gets this label before he takes the field in the Jets first pre-season game.
