He and Florio....heaven forbid they be wrong and back the wrong team. This is about their credibility as "analysts" so they cant sound like they backed a team that cheats all these years.

I wonder why they didn't bring up his quotes about liking the balls a certain way yet he couldn't tell the difference according to him. In 06 it was all about the ball being for to his modifications now he has no idea the difference. Bullshit Tommy bull fucking shit

Reading Florio's analysis of the transcript certainly doesn't sound like he is backing Brady. The lawyer in him seems to be coming out and it seems pretty fair and balanced.

no doubt in my mind that was true. The Colts didn't decide to alert the league on their own. This was something that was ongoing and the Ravens especially were probably pissed off with the Patriots skirting the rules and then at the same time arrogantly telling them to "read the rulebook" after losing a close game the week before.

Thats why the argument about it not effecting the AFCCG is so stupid. Because there's no fuckin way that was the only game it happened

If you read the report. You'll see the big issue wasn't the throwing footballs, the Ravens accused the Patriots of screwing with the kicking footballs.

Someone wanna pull on that thread?

Sure, I'd love to do your job of stupiding this thread up more for you! Seriously?

It's clear that the Pats have been fucking with the balls to gain a competitive advantage, and that as other teams became aware of it, they reported it to the league without fully understanding how widespread it was. Cheating is a major component of the Patriot Way after all. Brady's refusal to admit that he likes a deflated ball is belied by his past statements, as well as the actions of the equipment guys who don't do shit without his say so. His claim of being ignorant of the rule is belied by his campaigning to have control over the ball preparation process, as well as his "read the rule book" taunts, as well as his self avowed "attention to every detail". His claim of innocence is belied by his actions during the investigation as one must assume (unless you're an ostrich homer with your head in the sand) that there was damning evidence on his phone. His defense is nothing but contradictions and lies.

More Kessler interviewing Vincent. I hope my observations aren't annoying anyone:

    Q. Let me ask you next about the following. Are

    2 you aware -- let's take a look at NFLPA Exhibit 177.

3 You will see this is a report quoting Aaron Rodgers

4 that took place during the November 30th game

5 between the Packers and the Patriots.

6 And you will see that Mr. Rodgers was quoted

7 as saying, "I like to push the limit to how much air

8 we can put in the football, even go over what they

9 allow you to do and see if the officials take air

    10 out of it."

    11 Do you see that?

    12 A. Yes.

    13 Q.
Did you or anyone in your office conduct any

14 investigation of Mr. Rodgers for making that

    15 statement?

    16 A. No, sir.

    Q. Would you agree with me that if Mr. Rodgers

18 was pushing the limit of how much air could be in a

19 football, that that would be him at least being

20 generally aware of activities to try to violate the

21 NFL rules regarding pressure for footballs?

    22 A. The way I'm reading, this is a post-game

23 comment and there is no need for us to react or

    24 overreact.

25 Q. So this was not important enough for you to

    DIRECT/VINCENT/KESSLERPage 249

1 react to Mr. Rodgers saying he liked to push the

2 limit and see if officials caught it; that was not a

3 serious thing for you to react?

    4 A. In a post-game interview. Because if the

5 testing of the games (sic) pre-game and all balls

6 were in regulation, there is no need for us to react

    7 for post-game comment.

    Q. So in your view, Mr. Rodgers not even being

9 investigated and Mr. Brady being suspended for four

10 games for allegedly being generally aware of someone

    11 else's activities, you think that's a consistent

    12 treatment, in your mind?

    13 A. This is a post-game comment.

Well, I will qualify my answer. For me, this thread is getting about as good as it gets.

This entire deflate gate thing is on it's way to being known as the biggest abortion ever to take place in pro sports.

Kensil might be one of the dumbest human beings on the planet, so I'd call losing him a big positive for Jets fans.

Guess who is more stupid!!! Tom Brady. He denies in the appeal knowing anything about inflation of balls, the rule thing......he said it himself in 2006 about how QB's like it more inflated and less inflated. 2011 he said he like his on the lower end without stating a number. We only have 1 psi range we are dealing in. He's an incredible liar and lies under oath.

    good luck with Jimmy Garappolo.
you probably got 12 games left with Brady I am guessing. Cherish those. In a couple years you'll be rooting for another team anyway. Seattle's bandwagon might still be hot in 2017
