I worship truth. I worship reality. The best symbol of reality is Satan. In order to be true to my beliefs, I must seek out the truth, to know. In Satanism, the self is God. Out of the self comes one's own experience of life. This experience of life is sacred. A Satanist does not pollute this life with skewed perceptions of reality. To have a skewed perspective on reality is, for a Satanist, to worship a falsehood. Satanism is the worshipping of truth and reality, and the abolishing of falsehood, deceit and lies. Self-deceit includes wishful thinking, ideas of afterlives and reincarnation, the idea that an eternal universal creator cares about us, the idea that we are greater than we are. There is no 'good and evil', just subjective Human judgements.

I am not a practicing Muslim but I know enough about Islam I think. To answer your question, Yes ISIS and Al Qaeda are twisting religion to fit into their agenda. You can't force someone in Islam. And Quran says good people will be rewarded with Heaven even they are Jewish and Christian.

What evidence? A handful of trash pieces in the NY tabloids? .....and do you believe that God is good, and everything He creates is inherently good? If so, how do you account for Hitler, Osama Bin Laden, or even the "pedophile priests" that the media likes to blow way out of proportion? To me, that's pretty good evidence that there's a demonic element at work spiritually, or what we call the devil. BTW, I've known a lot of Priests in my lifetime, and the evidence I see is that they are all good, loving, caring people devoted to helping their communities. That's the evidence I see. I'll trust that over what someone writes in a newspaper. And I would trust my own children with any of those Priests too.

lol....the annoying thing for the 5% of atheists still stubbornly keeping their minds closed is that these "fairy tales" actually work for billions of real people in the world today, they enhance the lives of so many families, even if you believe in evolution, the atheist's only "creed", religion still makes sense....it goes something like this: evolution causes organisms, over time, to display traits that make them better adapted to their environment, better able to survive in the world. Yet we somehow evolved to worship a fairy tale that is not real, that somehow helps us to survive in the world and pass on our genes to more offspring??? All of the well-documented practical benefits of religion have not come about by people becoming more attuned to their environment, but rather they have become more attuned to an imaginary being? Yeah, that really makes sense lol! Even scientists would laugh at most of the garbage posted in here in the name of "science" and "objective reason". Truly shocking to me, and sad that there are people still with these antiquated views in the world. Atheism is outdated, and was proven long ago to be ridiculous, and ironically it is science itself that has proven how ridiculous the nonsense that atheists spew is. I started this thread, btw, with respectful posts about my religion, hoping for the same kind of respectful posts from others about their religion, or lack thereof. Instead, people just started with the childish insults attacking me, name-calling, etc, and now I see someone actually accusing ME of not wanting a respectful discussion......unbelievable, and proof that the devil is very real indeed! The spirit of the devil has really infiltrated this thread, which is to be expected since the truth of the world is being discussed here...anytime the Catholic Church shows up, or authentic religion in general, the devil is always close behind, trying to chip away at people's belief. So all of the abusive posts in here just prove how important this thread really is! The childish attacks just give me more of a reason to continue to post the truth here!
