But one thing this has taught me is to own your shit. Like 3 or 4 years ago they would constantly go door to door offering million(s) for the owners to sell their brownstones but the majority of the owners refused. Now their answer is to build their shit in little pieces here and there. Like the 8 story Jewish school, or the ice cream shop that even white people feel uncomfortable going into (I'll post the link later) because they are looked at weirdly. Knock down keyfood, build some kosher shit instead nearby. No regard , no respect for others. They even tell blacks to go back to Brownsville lmao.

And seriously, where are they getting all this money from? Why are they allowed to build build build while pushing others out? Since they make babies like rabbits at this rate Brooklyn will be isreal 2.0 in 20years (OK I'm exaggerating a bit here. Early Sunday morning...).

Pretty disturbing. I'm surprised the State doesn't come to the rescue of these public school kids who are having the rug pulled out from under them by a bunch of insular, ethnocentric bigots.

Dude I used to volunteer on an ambulance, it was a private ambulance company that served a small town but served as a public ambulance covering 2 small towns and providing mutual aid to two cities that were neighboring us. Anyways we had an influx of ppl who joined (both paid and volunteer positions) from the hudson valley area and upstate new york. WHat happened was ambulance companies they worked for were shut down because state funding had to go to the orthodox hatzollah ambulances. The companies tried to work out a deal for dual-funding and maybe even a merger but they wouldnt have it claiming anti-semitism, anyways a few ambulance companies were shut down to make way for the hatzollah ambulances and overall coverage and aid became worse in the area because ambulances were shut down. And what about the hatzollah ambulances? they only respond in their own area and help their own, which is bullshit because in the 911 system your supposed to help anybody and if you cover your own area dont steal from public funding that covers a large area as a whole. But they get away with it, dont believe me look up the crown heights riots and see why it started.

I spent a good part of my youth in Lakewood , NJ and that is their mantra. They find low income areas buy cheap housing and at the same time bringing the property values down in the nicer areas just so they can buy them up too and eventually run out the families who have spent most of their lives there. Then once they have a majority they'll get their people on the public school board and run them into the ground with the intent on using it for themselves. If you want to see this in action read up on the recent history of Lakewood and especially the Lakewood School System. Then they'll bring in the illegal Mexicans to do all of "their housework". Recently in Lakewood there was talk of having the police officers do errands for them on Saturdays as they can't go out. Maybe if Lakewood was Mayberry but that city has real crime like murders, rapes and serious drug problems yet they want cops going to get them matzoh ball soup or gefitlefish on Saturday night.

Yes because talking about what has happened in my home town with the Orthodox Jews which is all 100% true btw is akin to me saying let's put them all in gas chambers. Where did I say it was a bad thing or that they are disgusting low life people. They don't bother me, they don't bother anyone but this is what happened in Lakewood.

    From today's New York Post:

    http://nypost.com/2015/08/03/residents-blame-de-blasio-for-crime-in-crooklyn/

Brooklyn residents said Sunday that they fear the return of the bad old days of “Crooklyn” — and placed the blame squarely on Mayor de Blasio — after a bloody weekend in which at least 19 people were shot in the borough.

The carnage included nine revelers struck by bullets at a house party, a teenager shot during a drive-by, and a man fatally gunned down in a housing-project courtyard — all in an hour-and-a-half period early Sunday.

That followed eight people being shot in six hours Friday into Saturday.

“I locked the door and ran into the back when I heard shots,” said Mahdi Alabdi, 52, who works overnight in a deli across the street from the bullet-riddled East New York house party. “I never did this before. I do it a few times now.”

Nursing aide Anne Gordon, 25, who also lives near the scene, seconded the sentiment.

“This was never the best area, but it has gotten worse out here since this new mayor,” she said. “He seems out of touch.’’

Lifelong borough resident Richard LaTorre, 55, fumed that former Park Sloper de Blasio “left Crooklyn for Manhattan with his entourage of bodyguards and SUVs.”

“He has his protection from all this. What about the rest of us?” LaTorre said.

In Prospect-Lefferts Gardens, where a 15-year-old boy was shot in the stomach during a multi-car drive-by attack, a neighbor who was nearly caught in the hail of bullets said the area is on the decline after years of improvement.

“This is supposed to be a nice, safe neighborhood now,” said Patrick Desravines, whose apartment overlooks several storefronts and cars that got hit.

A 42-year-old woman who lives in Kensington tied the worsening situation to de Blasio’s curbs on the NYPD’s stop-and-frisk practice.

“I have teenagers, and it scares the crap of me,” said the woman, who only gave her first name, Ellen. “You have to watch yourself more than you used to.”

Cops guarding de Blasio wouldn’t let reporters get near him at a parade in Queens, but a spokeswoman said Hizzoner “takes very seriously each incident and has directed NYPD to beef up its presence in these areas.

“Overall crime is going down, but Mayor de Blasio will continue to be diligent about preventing crime and locking up criminals,” press secretary Karen Hinton added.

Jeez, 19 people shot in Brooklyn?

Where is the new Spike Lee Joint...He should be all up on that.

I can only imagine how bad it was in the Bronx...Talking about getting a home with my future in-laws and even they make nasty faces at the thought of living in the Bronx.

RED HOOK, Brooklyn — A pregnant woman lost her child and four others are in the hospital after they were shot in the Red Hook section of Brooklyn, officials said Tuesday.

According to police, a late-model SUV pulled up in front of 9 Dwight St. and fired into a group of people about 10:51 p.m. Monday.

Community activist Tony Herbert, who was at the scene of the shooting, said one of three female victims was five months pregnant and shot three times. All five victims were taken to a hospital in varying conditions.

A 19-year-old woman shot in the torso is in critical condition, police said. Two other women, a 19-year-old and 22-year-old, were shot in the leg. Two 20-year-old men were also shot in the torso and in the leg, police said.

The pregnant victim’s child did not survive, Herbert told PIX11 News

so, are you going to report every bad thing in NYC everyday here to make it seem like the city is really going to shit?

its the summer and although I hate it, shootings in the summer in the city are common.

also you guys forgot to mention the Trump golf course. Now thats something to be alarmed about.

Studies have shown high heat index causes more crime. During a hot summer people seem to act crazier.

Company CO always said, "nothing good happens after midnight"
