I'm trying to point out how ridiculous it is that some people have now labeled Priests as pedophiles because 2 or 3 nutjobs have infiltrated the Priesthood and been found guilty of molesting children. Or a few mentally ill people were admitted to the Priesthood in the past, and now somehow "all Priests are pedophiles". Ridiculous.

Everyone knows the media has blown the whole thing out of proportion, and I already showed how the Catholic Church today is the SAFEST place for your children to be. You would be much better off having your kids sleep over at a rectory with Priests than at their neighbors house. In fact, even my opponents on here have admitted that the Church has solved the problem and is now the safest place for children. But a few idiots on here keep trying to smear the Church with this "pedophile priest" nonsense. Some angry, bitter church-hating trolls on here that just won't stop with their lies. They should be locked out of this thread.

 

...well, since they keep spreading lies about the Catholic Church, I did a little more digging, and just as I suspected, Jewish Rabbis are also "child molesters", but of course they are not on the hit list of the media so this news is hidden.

But it's just Priests who are not allowed to marry that's the problem .... lol. This is why most intelligent people don't pay attention to the tabloid US news media anymore.

You won't see any of this in the newspapers, because they don't have an agenda of attacking Judaism. Slated attack pieces are reserved for the latest whipping boy of the media, the Catholic Church. smh. This is why many educated people don't follow mainstream US news outlets anymore.

So, I guess marriage causes people to become child molesters? LOL .... no, it's only Priests who have to stay celibate who molest boys, says the church-bashers. Ignorance is a terrible thing.

 

Now that I've shown that it's not just Catholic Priests, who are not allowed to marry, who have been accused of pedophilia, but a number of married Jewish Rabbis as well....not to mention numerous teachers, coaches, next door neighbors, ...who knows, your buddy whose kid is best friends with your kid may be a child molester! It's a sick world we live in, the "sexual revolution" has led to rampant pornography, no longer reserved for the dark, back room of a video store, or the top shelf of the newsstand, but all over the internet, on TV, in mainstream movies, and on billboards. We have become a "sex" saturated society, and I put the word "sex" in quotes because it's not real sex between a loving couple we're talking about, but twisted pornographic images, lust, and even sodomy, that is no longer stigmatized and frowned upon as it should be, but out in the open where even kids can have their minds poisoned. Or mentally unstable adults, and then we wonder why there are so many pedophilia cases among people of all walks of life, so much abuse and rape, etc.....we opened up pandora's box, we asked for it, unwittingly, and now we are paying the price. We desperately need to go back to the sanity of the early 20th century, when the media was clean and the smut and debauchery was frowned upon and shoved into a corner where that filth belongs! Sure, there were still crimes happening and abuse, but at least the root causes of it were controlled, and sexual depravity was recognized for what it is.


So, child abuse, sadly, has reared its ugly head in all parts of life. Even the one place where people have always assumed their children would be safest, with Priests, Rabbis, and other religious.

So can we move on to what this thread was intended to discuss, religion itself???
