Motivation tactic. His ego can't handle running with the twos. He will think twice next time and stay clean as well as probably come back with a huge chip on his shoulder.
i like the approach. he could use a little humble pie, as well as some consequences for his actions. hopefully it does motivate him to change, as well as piss him off.
nah, he's a different personality than Rex, but very much a players coach. Bowles was the guy i really wanted as he represented the most continuity, as opposed to the stark contrast approach the Jets have flip flopped back on forth on in the past (which Brad was alluding to).
rough day for Cro... With Revis on the field, Cro and Pryor are going to get tested early and often. i'll be keeping an eye on them and their position competition.. good practice from TJ Graham. he's been my dark horse to earn the last WR slot. has experience with Gailey and Fitz, is a deep threat that can play outside, and is a solid gunner.. that puts him ahead of Enunwa, Evans, Posey imo..... and may even earn him more playing time than Smith.
I'm routing hard for Graham to stick around the kid has shown flashes he can catch the deep ball. Anyone know how fast he is
around 4.4 i believe.... speed has always been his best asset. he was a very accomplished kick returner in college.. key for him will be showing he can run the entire route tree, and make plays over the middle (and not just deep).. similar to Smith in that regard, but more seasoned at this point, and with familiarity in the offense. He's in a good position to succeed. it's now or never for him..
That's right! No wonder he had a good start to TC. He already knows the playbook, and QB. Thanks for bringing that up.
Ivory is never going to get 300+ carries with the Jets. They don't use him that way. They use him to preserve his value to the team over the course of the season. No team should ever give a back 300+ carries unless they are planning to dump him at the end of the season. It's like giving a pitcher 280 innings. It's going to make him worse over time.
Ya know what...I knew someone was gonna say that when I posted it, but i couldn't find a better word at the time lmao. good job.
Not to be rude, but you need to change that #90 on Leonard Williams in your sig -- kind of disrespectful to Byrd. And the number is officially retired anyway, so it will never happen.
I'll change it when Leonard Williams gets his official number lol. For now, that's the number that was easiest to modify on the stock photo I took.
