    I share your losses.

Tough losing your mom and dad like I did last year.

Nothing could compare to losing a wife.

You are a good poster Stokes.

Considering what I lost, what my kids lost, what my in-laws lost, what my friends lost, I don't like looking back in time to see what we all may have missed.

Feb 2008 might have been a graduation, a sweet 16, a wedding, a communion, a party, a birthday, an anniversary, a hockey game, a first goal, an event that should have been shared with someone special.

Do me a favor and tell me what the fuck happened on this magnificent day in Feb 2008 so I don't need to look back at a calendar and find out what me and my kids and my in-laws and my friends missed.

I was with my ex and her entire family. All Giants fans from Syracuse. It was horrible and I try to black out the fact that it was made even worse by having a house full of Giants fans.

Its comical. Why defend it? What is the reason to defend it.

And this bullshit of taking attention away from the actual crime is even more insulting. Now its the phone? Its the privacy aspect?

Lets ask the question...how can you cheat in a football game REGARDLESS OF THE FACT YOU WON THE GAME BY 38 POINTS. How can you attempt to cheat. Change the scoreboard? Keep the clock running? Make the other team play uphill the whole game? Sounds crazy....but how can you attempt to get the upper hand in a game.

For all of those that have played sports their whole lives....and especially in high school in college and Im sure this site is filled with them, playing with a football with less air in it is a HUGE...HUGE advantage. If I fix a game and the home team Im betting on is favored by 6 points and that team wins by 66 points and the fix wasnt even needed....was I wrong?

The final score of the game...the outcome means NOTHING. The intent to deflate the football was so the QB would grip it MUCH better...the receiver would be able to catch it MUCH easier. Screw the running back not fumbling because the selfish QB could care less about that. The intention was to make THAT QB and those RECEIVERS have an advantage over the other teams QBs and receivers.

I asked this once before..and will ask it again. You are about to play a pick up game with friends. You have not picked a football and played for years. 2 balls. 1 has a LITTLE bit less air than the other. You...the couch potato...can you tell which one has less air? Of course you could. Brady...who does this a million times a year...had no idea that the balls were between 10 and 15 percent less inflated then the law?

Those defending...please..its insulting. Forget about the fact that every post you put here will be reviewed years from now and be posted somewhere to show how stupid the American sports fan was back in 2015. Pray that Petros site crashes again so your posts will be lost forever. It make us...the more reasonable sports fan, look very stupid. If I, as a Jet fan, can admit my team has been a pimple on my ass for the last 40 years...if I as a Jet fan can say, while he was coach, I would squirm in my chair at Rexs every press conference...you as a Pat fan should be able to say we win baby..win...win...but we have been the most criminal sports franchise since the Black Sox back in the early 20th century.

My favorite part of this entire saga (aside from the Pats going years hearing they can't win a title without cheating, getting caught cheating again, and then immediately winning another tainted title) is that if you read a fansite like PatsFans.com, you can see just how completely delusional New England fans are. I mean they live in a world where the grass is blue and the sky is green. Everyone else in the country believes (correctly) that Goodell protected Belichick from a year ban (unlike Sean Payton) and slapped the team and Brady on the wrists ... while the Cheaties fans have deluded themselves into believing they are getting railroaded.

Even their owner is acting like a spoiled child. Guess what dipsh-t Kraft? Your buddy Goodell (who only holds the job because you put him there) destroyed evidence to hide your team's cheating (and protect the "integrity" of a Super Bowl title) the last time you got caught; that doesn't mean he's going to be able to protect you every time you cheat without the rest of the league getting out the pitchforks.

Is there another team that can suck the air right out of their sport more than the Patriots? Is there any team that makes a sport less enjoyable to follow? While I completely agree and totally agree with everything the NFL has done in this case ( I think Brady got off easy) listening to the incessant whining, the BS excuses , the persecution complex, the complete delusion, the superiority complex, the continual controversy, the rule bending and breaking, the chest pumping, all becomes so distasteful. There is nothing to like about this entire franchise. The Patriot way has been exposed, yet on they and their media flunkies carry on, that incessant din from Foxboro. It is miserable and it ruined the SB and now it has ruined the start of camp, and it will ruin the start of the season too.

The lawsuit will not re litigate whether Brady had anything to do with deflating footballs. The sole issue will be whether the CBA wax followed by the NFL. It will be about process and not the merits. That is why Brady is fighting an uphill battle. The NFLPA gave Goodell the power to discipline players in the CBA.

Yes, at this point, this is the takeaway as to where we are now and on a going forward basis - the sole line of legal attack that has any likelihood of getting anywhere in court is to challenge the process by which Goodell heard the appeal of Vincent's decision, under the CBA. Putting aside that I don't think that will be successful, if it is successful it will not mean anything in terms of whether Brady cheated and destroyed evidence.

It also will mean nothing about whether the Patsies are a corrupt and immoral franchise. They are and no legal victory on a procedural technicality will change that.

It also will mean nothing about how Pats fans have behaved and what that says about them. They are more about being Brady fanboys than about being fans of the game. It is more important to them that they worship at his altar than to preserve the integrity of the game, where no player has the right to play by a different set of rules than everyone else, and where no player should elevate their own position over the good of all.

It also means that no matter what happens, Tom Brady's reputation is permanently destroyed. He and his fanboys can point to his stats and wins all they want. But as a person, as someone to admire? Only for losers who have no moral compass.

Hahahahaaaaaa Minnesota judge moves Brady's action to Southern District of NY where NFL filed.

    NFLs maneuver wins!!

    Brady losses!

Minnesota is very friendly to the players and NYC to the league.

    Huge win for the league.

And that's why Kraft was so pissed the NFL filed preemptively.

What a brilliant stroke of genius by the league.

    Brady is going down.

it was a brilliant move. they got the lawsuit crafted and the attorney delivered it the same time goodell made his announcement.....that's how strongly they have Brady and NE in their sights. They def have much more on them and that is why they went so hard on this.

Stokes, saw your posts, sorry man....that really has to be so hard for you. Nice to see you persevere.
