I'm pretty sure unless you are a hater holding your nose, anyone can smell the stench.

I think the Jets have a shot this year, I'm a realist. I mean, it's about time.

I don't know how we deal with our defense without the best pass rush or zone coverage in history.

Like that railroad doesn't run in both directions? You are a funny little girl.

There isn't going to be any re-litigation of the Wells Report. Brady's actually played this pretty well. He will maintain his innocence forever, in the face of circumstantial evidence that he was involved in a relatively minor and meaningless infraction. The worst thing that can happen is he misses a few games and loses some beer money. The Pats will still likely win the division anyway. Sniveling dickless fanboys like yourself will never believe he did anything wrong no matter what happens, so he'll always have that going for him, which is nice. And the union just may pull a rabbit out of its hat and get him back on the field because of how the NFL handled the whole thing. He really has nothing to lose.

Kraft, on the other hand, inexplicably losing his mind implying that some backroom deal had been brokered? That I don't get. He needs to have his people work on his material more.

Yes he wil have to answer why. There had already been talk about how this might end up in court. What was on the phone was potentially evidence related to what would become a civil proceeding. taking steps to destroy such evidence is viewed quite adversely by the legal system. A finding that a party to a litigation destroyed evidence, and did so knowingly, when litigation was reasonably in contemplation, at a minimum will lead to the courts looking into it. If they are not satisfied with the answer, sanctions can include the dreaded adverse inference jury instruction, which effectively kills your entire case. The jury is instructed to assume that the evidence destroyed was adverse to the party's position in the litgation, meaning Brady loses.

This has absolutely nothing to do with whether or not Wells asked for it.

It is also not a defense to say your lawyer or anyone else said you could destroy it, whatever their reasoning. You are liable for actions you take no matter what advice was given you by whomever.

"My lawyer said I could kill the deceased! So I did!"

Not a defense. Not a good one, anyway.

In fact I can only see a lawyer giving such advice if they feel the net effect of maintaining and ultmiately producing evidence will make things worse than losing the litigation in question. absent that, the principal would otherwise have a good case of malpractice against the attorney.

I don't think Tom Brady will be bringing a malpractice case against his attorneys. You can count on that one.

I don't think it's 100% truth that he didn't do anything wrong. But with the measurements, 2 pressure gauges off by 1/2 a psi and no record of the starting points with almost all of the footballs end points being below the legal limit (for both the Colts AND the Patriots).

So while it's plausible that he did something wrong, I'd say it's a whole hell of a lot less than probable.

Tell that to Ted Wells and Roger Goodell. No wait, on second thought don't waste your breath. Tell it to a bunch of Jets fans on a Jets fan forum. No wait, on second thought don't waste your breath.

Attorney Grogan will never get to tell it to a federal district court judge.

Are the Boston faithful finally wavering in their blind faith of Br*dy?

The Boston Globe recently posted the following poll:
    https://www.bostonglobe.com/sports/...-mind-brady/BmuewuQ2N9Gr8PVMN5hPDI/story.html

Does the NFL ruling (and Br*dy's cell phone destruction) change your mind about Br*dy's innocence?

34% Yes, it was suspicious behavior
33% No, he had his reasons, and it proves nothing
32% No, i have always thought he was guilty

So even in Boston, we are down to only 33% of people of actually think Br*dy is innocent.
nationally, i'd wager to guess that number is way less a % of people with their heads still in the sand.

His reputation is already tarnished, as is the Patriots as an organization.
the appeals outcome does not matter at this point.........although i do want to see them dig themselves an even deeper hole

It'll be back up to 60-70% after the Brady legal PR team goes to work.

4-time winning Super Bowl QB and 1st ballot HOF selection.

    Nothing changes that.

Only to rival fan bases who Brady has totally dominated over the last 15 years.

    I can totally understand that.

Thats what he is to YOU. To the rest of us, including fans of the other 31 teams, he is a cheating piece of shit scumbag, and probably cheated to win all 4 superbowls.

This also goes for your coach.

This also goes for your owner

Like I said before, it doesnt matter what happens in court. I dont even give a shit if it gets tossed, his reputation is shot, and that makes me way more happy then him missing 4 games. Any time his name comes up in any aspect, him cheating will be right behind it, and that is going to drive you crazy for the rest of your pathetic life.

Or to those voting when he is on the ballot. And they just won't be able to get past the entire career being around cheating plus his own person best deflate gate

Doesn't drive me crazy at all.

4 Super Bowl titles in 14 years takes care of that.

You do realize that because of Tom Brady, the Jets haven't had a home playoff game in well over a decade?
