Kris Jenkins makes Snacks look like a wuss. He was scary good when he was playing. The definition of a two gap nose tackle. Many times he pushed around the offensive line at will. Only problem was that he got injured too much.

Geez I remember him tackling the center AND the running back--just swallowing them whole right in the backfield.

I remember one series against the dolphins in which, for three straight plays, it looked like Pennington had to handle both the ball and the center--Jenkins was just tossing the center around like a rag doll. It's the only time I ever seriously considered the legality of a defensive player just picking up an offensive player and tossing him at the QB. Is that a sack? He's not down by contact.... Which one gets credit for the forced fumble?

No other player I've seen for any team, before or since, has made me think that was in any way a realistic scenario.

Curtis martin played with bad knees for a number of years. I have to think he could have gone longer if it weren't for that.

Namath had surgery back in the dark ages. They may as well used hand saws and duct tape. If he were ever healthy he could have been the greatest of all time
