    Caps resign Braden Holtby 5 years/30.5 mil...good move, it all starts between the pipes...

    Yeah, the deal is great. Especially if Holtby continues to play well and get better, it could actually turn into a bargain. Hopefully Justin Peters or whoever ends up backing up Holtby gets more starts this year though. Give Braden more rest during the season. He started over 70 games last year.

    They signed Eric Fehr though. Not a great player, but a fan favorite for Caps fans. He scored in both of the Caps Winter Classic games too.
