I never said you specifically - you guys should take the UNC argument to the other thread that's all. This is how people get reported IMO.
junc Maybe you should really learn how to let it go. Letting go is not a declaration of defeat. Sometimes it shows you are the bigger man. If I were you, I would be done with this thread, spend less time in BS section and spend more time in football section.
I don't really interpret when someone stops going back and forth that they are the bigger man or admitting defeat. At some point we have all said enough on a subject and talking about it just doesn't hold any more interest. It doesn't mean you've been argued into submission, don't have any further retorts, or want to be the bigger person and let it go.

I think the idea is that making it's own thread was done for the sole purpose of baiting junc. Even if that is the case, I don't see why the topic actually doesn't deserve to exist in it's own thread. The title could be deemed baiting but we have tongue in cheek thread titles all the time.
The problem was that Barry the Baptist didn't create the thread..Nothing to do with Junc.. For once... It appears we have a system issue and we need to get it corrected ASAP. Until we nail it down, if I see any threads not started by the actual user listed, I'll be closing them.
what happened was Hackett created the thread, we started posting in the thread but others and myself were discussing it in this thread. a mod(I assumed barry) moved all the posts about it from this thread to that thread.
Ah... Got it.. Thanks for the clarification Junc. You can imagine the chaos if folks could create threads under a different user's name I'm sure..
How did I miss this. I mean.....lol....everday you come to this site, any user can leave reading 1 or perhaps several posts that are damn good. Occasionally you might even find a gem like this.
Except I didn't move any posts.... I wasn't on the board yesterday and I saw this today. I was kinda shocked.
Oh nopsls has been banned for a week, I specifically PM'd him to not post that stupid image with the black guy grabbing all those watermelons with the words "oh lawdz" as I find it extremely offensive and he posted it again today. If I see it again the vacation will be much longer.
We have an inappropriate jokes thread and I participated by telling some jokes that could be deemed offensive but you know what you are getting in that thread. Have you seen this image? One time he posted it and his comment was "this is what Mo and Sheldon would spend their money on"
Good job, Barry. The guy posted it a day or two after the slaughter in Charleston on that thread. I know they say all humor is legit and nothing is taboo but there is a limit.
