I wonder how 2011 would have ended if we brought Woody back instead of going w/ Hunter?

That was a huge loss. Same with TRich.

DWoody retired off of the knee, no? Did he want to play? I forget

Hunter was a mental case. The Terminator flat out sucked...horrible

I think he could have played, we were up against the cap and we took a gamble that Hunter was ascending and paid him. Obviously that was a mistake, we could have gotten another year out of Woody. I actually had a chance to sit next to him at a game that year, I didn't big him but we did discuss playing that year. he looked like he wanted to be on the field.

Okay, you're right. He had a year left in him. Even with the the knee, in hindsight.

His leadership alone might've made a difference. Hunter, Conner, and Mulligan were fukn horrible and killed them. The three of them sucked

I gave some much encouragement to the Wayne Hunter era, but he always found a way to lose to his man each week out. Terrible decision getting rid of Kareem.

For me though, the absolute insanity was letting Faneca go...I freaking loved that guy and he was extremely solid for us. We needed him those years once shit fell apart on the line.

I hated losing Faneca at the time but it proved to be the right decision. he as basically done. People forget Hunter started 2 of 3 games in the '10 playoffs and played well, unfortunately he couldn't play well after the new contract.
