    Made the greatest catch I ever saw, freshman year at old Archbold Stadium against Boston College, fingertip catching the very end tip of the ball, back of the endzone both feet dragging in the snow.

    He was worthy of mention (as was imo Winston Hill).

    Anyway, for what it's worth, he was voted to the First Team All-AFL team by the Pro Football HOF Selection group (only including those who represented cities with AFL franchises).

    Will there be another #80 Jet again? Obviously they are holding it to honor Chrebet but its not officially retired, kind of unwritten.

    Wayne Chrebet is second in Jets history with 580 receptions and third with 7,365 yards receiving and 41 touchdown catches.
