Hasn't gotten much better. Same one that pleaded for Simms to start for the last couple years, a Brady Quinn trade, a Mike Glennon trade, and most recently a Austin Davis trade.
Who was the last Jets franchise QB? The closest this team has gotten in a long time was Sanchez, who started 62 regular season games for us over four years and won four playoff games. I might not know who the Jets future franchise guy will be, but it will not be Geno Smith. I would still take Tebow or the likes of Austin Davis and Simms over Smith. Tebow in his one true QB season did win a playoff game on the road in Pittsburg. What has Smith done but be the worst starting QB in the NFL?
Geno Smith's career is similar to the ideas you present in your threads, only Geno's career still could have a light at the end of the tunnel. You've buried yourself.
This post has nothing at all to do with you claiming Tebow could be the next Brees. If you are going to be a prolific thread starter and prognosticator then you need to just take the ridicule that comes with your thread not just missing the mark but in this case being completely laughable. And T.J.Yates won a playoff game also, what's your point?
First of all, no austin Davis or Tebow over smith is just no. Secondly, the playoff game he won was not on the road it was in Denver...also the TD pass that won the game in OT involved a well documented illegal shift that was never called. And calling it a true qb season is a stretch...he was a full time gimmick that defenses eventually solved then he was out of the league. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
I guess you get the benefit of the doubt. So far you're 0/1 in your bold predictions. We'll see what your percentage is after another 3 years of Davis/Glennon/Walls careers play out.
