Sitting by the glass sucks anyway. Id rather be midway up so that way I can see whats going on. hen I'm down on the glass you can't see every detail.

What also disheartening is feeling like this will be it for a while. I mean what are the chances of being in this position back-to-back-to back years?

I really want Tampa to win for Boyle and Stralman, but I really want them to lose because of Callahan. This is tough.

A healthy McDonagh is probably the best addition this team can make in the off-season. And they'll need him. Dmen not knowing how to exit the zone under pressure is still the biggest issue facing the team and they have three players locked up long term that can't do it. McDonagh's shoulder was an issue and contributed to this all year long.

They do. Do they just overachieve...and have a decent roster with a great goalie? Think so. I mean between Staal and Girardi...who have become just solid in their own end and struggle like mother f'ers to clear the puck and then you have too much dead weight up front with guys that show up every 3rd game. Kreider...Stepan...Nash... the list goes on. Hayes looked great early in the playoffs. When you do not have a true superstar or a great line and count on someone who is good sometimes to step up...you end up with a great goalie who gets screwed when he gives up 2 goals.

Deep down we all saw the holes but were mesmerized by the rabbit out of the hat tricks they pulled off. Like last year talent on the other side caught up with them again. Good team...great goalie.

Remember the first game against pitt...all those long outlet passes we saw all year. After that game they mostly dissappeared. Speed team turned to grinding all the time. Caught up with them. Tampa is a talented team...not a great team. Who the f knows....sickening.

I know we still might have guys here that want to father callys first born but he is a waste for that amount of money....I hope he wins nothing. The only painful thing was watching him actually skate compared to ? St. Louis who needed a wheelchair. Other then that....good riddance

I am devastated for Henrik and as a fan I put my sweat and tears into this...But I cannot hate that we lost to Tampa who out played us in Game 7
I was so hurt after the Kings games in Double OT last year...Ugh that drove me so hurt, ruined my vacation.

This one will hurt, but I hope we can retool and come back. We really lacked players on offense with a Killer Instinct.

We never played a aggressive forecheck and literally played like crap on offense...This team can hopefully make it back, but honestly they need to do it as a group, cannot rely on Henrik every game.

In all fairness I'm gonna defend Nash... I know he gets heat but there are times during a few games where he was flying and the rest of the line is standing around not giving the same effort...
    He also created scoring opps.

What is frustrating is the amount of open shots we passed up. The fact that we pretty much got 2nd chances off of Bishop all series so TB made sure they played stick on stick in front which Ironically should open up the Ice in the O-Zone and play to our advantage but we didn't shoot the puck...ugh..

    I'm gonna get drunk..fuk this.

    What was wrong with McDonaugh?

He said he didnt want to talk about the injury he had which led to him basically not playing in this game...That alone made us very apprehensive.

Sorry guys. Reverse jinx worked. Just couldn't bear another Cup after 94. The 7th game streak had to end.

AV confirmed it on press conference.

at least you guys win a playoff series every now and then. My team hasn't won one since fucking 1993. Being a Jets, Mets and Isles fan is the cruelest thing you can possibly do to yourself if you like sports.

I hate when teams lose and then immediately start talking about injuries.

Wilson is a total tool of a GM. I hate his guts as much as Idzik.

Like I said, at least you guys win every now and then. I have the trifecta of suck going on with my pro teams. But at least I can cry and slit my wrists.

Well. Don't fret about you're college football team. If Mike Riley can't turn the Husker around, something is wrong. That guy can coach!

Same here bro, I'm piling on the Heiniken tonight...Anyways, Rick Nash is a interesting dude.

Personally, I would look to shop him in a move that could help us make us an all around better team on offense. He produced in the regular season but was a mystery most of the time in the playoffs and seems like a odd ball fit within the team.

I like him and think he helps us win games, but he is not good in a 7 game stretch series...For some reason i dont know why he is just not there.

Not sure what we can get for him, but it would be a big get

Give u that RT. He has become more complete and played well at times. I think all the blocks they had in several early games had them holding a holding the puck. I don't know....hey...another great run but you wonder unless a kid like Hayes or Miller explodes on the scene as a true goal scorer...where this team can find goals. I'm tired of thinking kreider could be a 32-37 which means next year he will. Brassard is another one who's talent and certain games does not match his production. Again ....nitpicking. Mac playing with a broken leg?

Yeah Mac had a broken foot for the past 2 games. He has had a nagging shoulder issue all season, this will get worked on in the off season.

    Dude is a warrior man.

Anyways I hate sensing that we are watching our generation of Buffalo Sabres Dominik Hasek as our goaltender

I hope Lundqvist doesn't end up like Dan Marino.
