There is no way they can logically not suspend Brady no matter what his lawyers threaten to do. Or any kind of side deal Roger made with Kraft. But I'm not shocked if all the penalties including the 4 games are reduced.

Not understanding how NFL appeals process works when ppl say Brady gets reduced penalty...? How? Are NFL fans/sports fans so foolish and oblivious to the fact that Kr*ft surrendered his own teams chance for appeal..? What would be the grounds for reduced suspension? Br*dy cooperated? It wasn't that detrimental/compromising to the game? Then why were the 4 games ever served in the first place? The only thing that would make sense is Brady suspending his appeal and serving the 4 games, 'reluctantly'.
Brady is a member of a union and the terms of his employment are governed by a collective bargaining agreement. He has a lot more protection from Goodell than Kraft or the team do.
Unless the equipment guys take the full facial and Br*dy gets reduction do to ignorance; which no intelligent person would ever believe. A reduced Br*dy suspension is compromised league. He knew.
