T*m Br*dy will appeal and get 6 more games when he refuses to corporate even more. I bet the br*dy camps are trying as hard as possible to erase any digital evidence against them

Goodell has to stand pat and even hint at increasing the penalty if the grand standing continues.

I don't think they can increase punishment during the appeal process

The only thing being appealed right now is Br*dy's suspension. The fine and draft pick are on the team and I have not read anything about them appealing.

I have to think Goodell is going to be pretty strict here. I don't think he wants someone else overriding him on this. The Brady camp is going to have to present a much better case than they have to do IMO.

Goodell is going to force them to taking it to civil court where the Pats will actually have to provideI the evidence and interviewed they refused to during the independent investigation. And in that event I CAN see them raising the suspension to more games.

A certain individuals cellular device will almost certainly go missing. I highly doubt that information will ever be turned over.

McNally and Jestreminski depositions would be interesting. Kr*ft most likely has those individuals by the nuts.

Being that the wells report all but casts serious doubt on the truthfulness of the P*triots side, it's unreal how far Br*dy and the P*ts are willing to push this. No one is sports, outside of New England, believes them.

They were given such a lean punishment for what this may ultimately turn into...Br*dy's grave is dug and the P*ts seem determined to dig their own grave as well.

The data on Brady's cellphone is already in the same place as Hillary's email server.

Not appealing would be admitting to it. They deserve to be screwed either way. Too proud to admit they were wrong so suffer maybe more consequences or judgement just sticks.

It's a standard run of the mill Tom Brady circle jerk. I am surprised they're wearing pants tho. That must make it harder to yank each other's cranks while chanting "Tom Terrific."

    PS. fuck tom

The issue of who did what to the balls and when is never going to make it to the inside of a courtroom. That is not an issue capable of judicial resolution. Nobody is going to sue for defamation.

The only thing that Brady can do is sue over whether or not the investigation was conducted consistent with the requirements of the CBA. If the NFL actually fucked that up, it means one of two things. Several heads are going to roll, or it was done on purpose.

The investigation took over 100 days, it was thoroughly covered. The investigation team was hand picked by Goodell. Goodell <3's Patriots ;)

I read yesterday on ESPN that the league and the Patriots are exploring "back channel" negotiations to resolve the team's penalties.
