I disagree if you are saying that it makes no difference if Brady gets his sentence reduced. First of all I think the penalties should have been stronger, so there's that. Penalties serve to tell everyone there's a downside to breaking the rules. The less the penalty, the weaker the lesson for everyone. But putting that genearl observation aside... Brady and his out of control agent, who we have to assume is speaking for him, have been the opposite of contrite. They're denying everything, which is basd enough. But they are also slandering everyone - Wells, the league, the whole process, the Colts, and specifically Vincent and Goodell. So, the payoff for that shold be a reduction in the suspension??? AYFKM??? Given their behavior, and that of Kraftie, there's an excellent argument for INCREASING the penalties. Says here that reducing the suspension would amount to rewarding bad behavior. It would send absolutely the wrong lesson here.
I'm all for a stiffer sentence and I agree with everything you're saying. I was more talking about the potential results and how each would be viewed by the public, more thinking 10 years from now than 10 minutes.
And I'm sure he said fuck tom and the next ball will look like a volley ball because that's just the way they talked to each other. are they so fuckin full of themselves that they actually believe anybody with even half an ounce of brains would believe anything those scumbags ever say again?
Right. If they want anyone to buy that they better give up the brady phone and email records. As it is it's laughable. Completely unbelievable and makes them sound ridiculous IMO.
That makes for great toilet paper to wipe my ass after a good dump Sounds like the smacks from pats fans out that together in the past few days.....unofficial blog Wordpress.......blatant garbage. Let them sue and keep flapping. Admit be wrong and all might be well in a year......let them keep it up
Haha. Those stories are incredulous They can't explain stealing the balls and ducking into the bathroom. That's it right there for the afcc game. The texts lead into past practices before and the. Cover up stories after. They're busted and they're spoiled assholes
What a fuckin embarrassment. Thats shameful. They just read that and some of their claims on sirius radio. Its a slap in the face to the NFL, its fans, and anyone with a brain. look at this shit: what a great guy Brady is, checking in on the ball boys out of the goodness of his heart. edit- more bullshit... they should read this report out loud with a Boston Accent its that fuckin dumb. Remember the Apparently even though it was the very NEXT text in the string- the "him" wasn't Brady at all. because you know, that makes a lot of sense... fuckin pathetic
Are you sure that's not from like an SNL skit or something? I have a hard time believing people could possibly be that stupid unintentionally.
Seriously... This is fucking ridiculous! Now I am going to have to deal with some friends of mine that are going to repeat this claim until their blue in the face
It was a joke at first that they and their fans are like a cult, but the parallels are too strong now for it to be funny anymore. This has become almost identical to watching Scientologists or Creationists defend themselves. They're flat out crazy, but they legitimately believe it...
the pats biggest fumbler they have had... yet better then most backs in the NFL. a simple look at pats players fumble rates with the pats vs before and after shed slight on this
now i see it's a headline on PFT and the report is supposedly from Pats Legal ...... this is amazing. The guilty and over proud will fall harder than the humble man(men)
I mean...holy SH*T. http://deadspin.com/pats-ballghazi-defense-the-deflator-was-just-trying-1704476913 But then how does one explain messages like this: McNally: Tom sucks…im going make that next ball a fuckin balloon Jastremski: Talked to him last night. He actually brought you up and said you must have a lot of stress trying to get them done… Very stupidly, it turns out: This single text and the reference to “him” and “he,” which the investigators concluded must refer to Mr. Brady, is the lynchpin of the investigator’s conclusion that Mr. Brady was probably “generally aware” of a scheme to release air from the footballs. (pg. 78). There are two levels of speculation here. First is the speculation that the references are in fact a conversation Mr. Jastremski had with Mr. Brady and not with someone else. Second is the speculation that, even if it does refer to a conversation with Mr. Brady, any expressions of concern about Mr. McNally’s level of “stress” had to do with Mr. McNally’s improper deflation of footballs. Neither the sender nor the recipient of this text supported the report’s interpretation. Nor does the language of the text. Nor is there any other corroborative evidence.
