No. When the Jets finally lift the VLT, I don't want anybody saying it was because we brought in some patriots cast-offs. Honestly, if he were let go, I'd rather he go win a SB with Buffalo or Miami than come here. When we win it, want to enjoy watching the game, not hate watching it.
I understand where all of you guys come from and it sways me a little bit, but in my mind a super bowl is a super bowl. Obviously I'd rather win it with 100% drafted, home grown players but IMO it wouldn't be different than if we would have won it with Favre in 2008.

Things should start to settle down next week with the beginning of mini-camps: - May 19-21; May 26-28; June 1-4, and mandatory mini camp June 9-11. Until then, bombs away..

It would break my heart to be honest. I became a fan of the Jets because of Curtis Martin and he played the game the right way. To win by cheating to stain the Jets forever. It would go against what I've rooted for my entire life.
