Ummm.. When you "hangout out on campus and mingle", are there any females present? You might wanna give dating a try. The more often you're around women who are well adjusted, the better your odds of finding a healthy relationship. I had a buddy I grew up with that only dealt with broken women. He would search these women out, befriend them, try to fix them. In the end, he wound up used, abused, broke and horny. Don't wind up like that ok? You're in what we used to refer to as a "target rich enviorment". That is, a college campus. Challenge yourself to find a woman who is relatively "normal", establish a non-platonic relationship with her and see where that goes. Try "normal" and you'll never go back. Leave the "saving" for the priests and the professionals.

I knew her well but at the same time you guys are right. It wouldnt make any sense for me to keep going.
I tried the white knight thing...Wanted to save a chick in college, but wanted to be with her too. She really just used me for emotional support and used my help. She was a roller coaster, fair to say I let her down strong after she played with my emotions and didn't care about me. Also, totally started playing me by talking to some other guy too. Got no time for that shit.
