The bottom line that all Pats fans and most deniers don't wish to address is, the Pats have been caught red handed a SECOND TIME CHEATING.
No they were caught red handed a THIRD TIME CHEATING!!!! #1 - NE Patriots and Bob Kraft tampers with Bill Belichicken while under contract with NY Jets. Fined a #1 draft to Jets in compensation. #2 - SpyGate. Loss of #1 draft pick + fines. #3 - DeflateGate. Lose of #1 draft pick/4th rd pick, fines, and suspension of Brady. That is 3 strikes now!!!!
I stand corrected, but to many, way too many, it's no big deal. A career criminal after three strikes faces severe punishment. In many cases the rest of there lives behind bars. I would like to add, there is nothing that goes on within the patriots organization that Bill Belicheat doesn't know about.
And can someone explain to me when the arrogance became fashionable that a fan, any fan, speaks for all fans, knows how all or most fans think or would have reacted in a similar situation? I don't need anyone being my voice, I don't need anyone speaking for me, proclaiming what I would have thought, what most Jet fans would have thought. That is an arrogance beyond anyone's station. _
Thanks for your first hand perspective. I'm still surprised that someone of Well's stature would respond the way he did to someone like Yee. It's feeding Yee's 15 minutes of fame IMHO
I think the narrative is great too. They get caught for SpyGate. They lose their competitive advantage. Brady lobbies for teams to bring and prepare their own balls. They get caught for doctoring balls. I mean...doesn't that just spell out that they have always cheated? That they always needed that illegal edge? One avenue gets shut down so they find another one. And these are just the things we know about! Who knows what other garbage they have been involved in. You have to imagine that they can't be so bad at cheating that they just happen to get caught every time they do it, if anything they probably have so many things going on that they can't keep up with all of them and they get in trouble because they don't just have the one thing to focus on and really keep clean.

Well's carrier was built on integrity, it's understandable why he is so pissed off. As to Yee.... I suspect he will come to regret his 15 mins, also JMO.
