I keep seeing people spell his name the old way and it just won't do! T*m needs to learn his place and since the media spends their time ripping off fan boards for stupid things like "Magic Mike" then they also should know the new accepted nomenclature for a supposed legendary QB that cheats in championship games. That won't happen but it will probably get reduced which is why it should have been higher to begin with. 4 games is just right, it isn't like it was an isolated case of cheating, they know it went on all year and maybe for years before that.

I don't like the guy, he's a great player, but a cheat. With no direct evidence, I don't see how Tom doesn't sue for slander. The NFL can't just say it and act upon it without providing proof. Any lawyers wanna weigh in?

Br*dy would need to release his cell phone records to win a slander case. He can't just say they slandered him, he needs to prove what they said is not true. No Judge is going to allow him to withhold evidence and rule in his favour. My guess is there is something on there that 100% proves his guilt and he will under no circumstances release it to the league or a mediator. I would love for it to get it and further tarnish his legacy.
Now that the punishment is official, shady probably goes on denying and takes the 4 game suspension. Any appeal better include turnover cell phone and emails Fuck tom (deflated "t")
The level of proof required by NFL policy is 51%, the investigators followed the evidence trail and it led directly to T*m Br*dy who then refused to cooperate. This isn't a court of law it's a corporation that is policing itself
