Not all of us would want our team to cheat to win a SB. I'll wait the extra time for one without an asterisk.
Not gonna lie, I think the Jets lose by 2 TDs in that game unless Br*dy gets his knee torn apart on a collapsing pocket. Bowles will still be adjusting his defense in that game and we still won't have a real QB.
Seriously, you look at them and you think, "Your team just won another Super Bowl. Bet you loved supporting the NFL just a few months ago, didn't you? STFU, EABOD, and GBTW." Then again, I don't think the fans in those threads could possibly have work to go back to with all that brain damage. Get the government involved? FOH. How do you judge guilt? When Donald Trump takes your side. Donald J. Trump ✔ @realDonaldTrump They had no definitive proof against Tom Brady or #patriots. If Hillary doesn't have to produce Emails, why should Tom? Very unfair!
A few thoughts. 1. I take no issue with the Patriots or Tom Brady whatsoever. They've handled this well. I think MUCH MORE probable than not there were other QBs Brady was texting with during that whole issue. I give him props for not turning over his phone. 2. Reading the people in here cheering about the Patriots losing first round draft picks and having our QB suspended - is hilarious. The last time I ever was in that low of a sports team point in my life, was the mid 80's. If it ever happens again, please shoot me - it looks awful. 3. There's no proof, there was never any proof. The NFL ran a sting to see if air pressure dropped in footballs, with no starting point measurement. What else needs to be said? But if that weren't enough - the official kinda remembers the gauge he used. Pretty sure. Maybe. More probable than not. Because the two of them measured .5psi off in the first place. There's no proof a violation ever happened at all. Never mind "who did it". 5. This is now the persecution of the Patriots. First "spygate" is spun by the media as if it had something to do with spying and not just filming from the wrong location. Now a popular opinion driven set of penalties for the best team in all of sports. There's no press story in building them up anymore, now it's time to make it harder for them than anyone else. That's what's happening. 4. This whole situation, is your participation ribbon. It's the nannying of society and the permeation of the "everyone is a winner" philosophy. People hate watching the team they love lose, that's a bad feeling and they shouldn't have to feel it. So I agree. Your team are winners, which really makes you all winners by extension. If you bought a hat, you helped them in some kind of minuscule way. Consider it your win too.
You guys would have been 5 time Super Bowl champs if you could have just gotten your footballs down to 11 psi!
The brady story hardly rating here cos 2 hours before the biggest story in australian sports just came back to life with Wada appealing the peptide case against 34 Afl Essendon players.this story broke in feb 2013 and is still going. One sports board has 500000 posts about this case http://www.bigfooty.com/forum/forums/hot-topic-the-afl-asada-and-drugs.251/
It is what it is. It's all true. The greatest "proof" of wrongdoing is the suspension itself. The facts don't bear the case.
From a doof Even though there is no proof or even any basis for thinking there would be evidence of this But you don't identify your self worth with a football team right? Why would you say such a thing? Let's be honest, T*m Br*dy could have been in the middle of the field holding a football up and deflating it for the overhead cam and you would have denied it happened. You as a fan are worthless when it comes to actual opinion on this argument. It's a conspiracy right? Get out your giant foam finger so you can point it at ex Jets employees who all have it out for the Pats except for your ex Jets employee head coach. I guess as long as it suits your needs, anybody who used to work for the Jets is out to get you. 4?? Wait a second did you just put 4 after 5? I thought I read some survey that said Boston fans were supposed to be intelligent. You can't even count.
The Patriots cheated (again). The Patriots were caught cheating (again). The Patriots coach was penalized the NFL league maximum (half a million dollars) and the Patriots organization was fined an additional quarter of a million dollars for Spygate. And once again, the 'repeat offender' Patriots got themselves in hot water, then stonewalled a league investigation after lying about their alleged non-involvement and as a result have been slapped with another fine, this one involving one million dollars. So collectively the New England Patriots have been fined $1.75 million dollars, have had a pair of 1st round draft picks taken from them, and are (like it or not) viewed by most as a scumbag organization that cultivates a culture of cheating. Connect the dots Einstein: your QB's a liar and y0ur coach was already on record for being a cheater.
Oh just shut the fuck up. You are so delusional. Brady didn't hand over his phone because he didn't want to make other QBs look bad? What is that shit? Your boy is a proven cheat and liar and he hides behind his agent, BB, Kraft, and Gisele instead of standing up and admitting what he did like a fucking man. Your organization and the Patriot Way is a joke. Everything they have ever one is tarnished and comes with an *. You need to come to grips with these facts because you look like a fucking moron.
If the culture of the patriots is built around cheating, what is the culture of the jets built around? By the way, this is for you:
This is far from over...Krafty's threatening to challenge the ruling: Peter King @SI_PeterKing 11m11 minutes ago Brady1: Found this portion of tonight's events interesting. Part of Kraft statement: "Despite our conviction that there was no tampering>>” Peter King @SI_PeterKing 11m11 minutes ago Brady2: "...w/footballs, it was our intention to accept any discipline levied ... Punishment, however, far exceeded reasonable expectation."
