    I need to see the correlation between the attractiveness of the participants and how much they have to spend on weddings before taking this seriously, because a couple of buck tooth gutter trash that spends $50 on a marriage at the county office is likely to stay married not because of how much they spent but because they know their marital options are limited so they are better off staying together even if he farts on her and she smacks him with the frying pan.

    These days its not so much about a dowry but rather how much do you guarantee the bride in case of divorce.

    I've been telling my wife this for years. The bigger and more expensive the wedding the quicker and costlier the divorce. Any woman who is hung up on the size of the ring and the size of the ceremony would be the wrong woman as far as I am concerned. They are more interested in the wedding than the marriage. Not that you can't spoil the right woman, but if they are insisting on it then it's alarm bell time.
