Good. So you agree that you are demonstrably wrong when you say it cleared up nothing.

Certainly sounds like a calculated and deliberate attempt to avoid longstanding rules designed to encourage fair play and promote honest competition on the playing field.

They should all be made to testify.

The unanswerable questions is how much of an advantage does the team gain? I remember the statistical anomaly the Pats posed in regard to not fumbling. This seems to have increased the advantage to more than the weak grip of Shady Brady's throwing hand (i.e Pats running backs not fumbling).

How long did this go on for? We all know that the rules changed (2006) when Brady requested the league to allow teams to supply their own team playing footballs. Before Brady's request was accepted all playing footballs were supplied by the home team.

There was an unfair advantage however small or insignificant some may deem, and it may have been going on for a lot longer than this past season.

Clearly you are arguing that competitive fairness, non-concussion related incidents have been deemed serious to warrant harsh penalties that would apply to this situation, and thus the ignorance criteria would also apply?

    I would agree if so.

Weds news dump. Balls under inflated charge from Mort was way off. No hard proof of anything. Suspicion is 51%.

It's a "choose your own ending" type of thing.

Okay, let me make this easy for you.

I'm suing you for intentional infliction of emotional distress on account of you being such a clueless stupid douchebag.

No hard proof, just a 51% finding, more probable than not, that you are such a clueless stupid douchebag. Jury returns a verdict in my favor. Finding that you are in fact a clueless stupid douchebag.

You owe me damages. It's how it works.

Hahahahaha, I'd say it's slightly different than that.

Here's the thing, McNally and Jastremski just had their names dragged through the mud - they're obviously going to try to defend themselves in some way shape or form, my guess is we'll hear from them soon and if they sing, then I'll believe it.

If not, no - I don't. It's hard to draw any conclusions that the refs checked the footballs before the game where there was no recording and 4 colts balls were below legal limit at halftime as well.

Just Battista on NFL net just said that "more probable than not is the NFL's threshold for finding a violation of the competitive rules... that phrase being used does not mean Wells isn't sure, he's sure, he's saying this reaches the threshold the NFL wants for finding a violation".

The fact that he's handed this over to Troy Vincent just confirms how far Goodell is up Krafts catheter.

Missed the festivities today picking up my son from Syracuse so I haven't read the thread, but I listened to it all day on the radio.

I'm sure the Pats trolls are defending, deflecting, obfuscating and pointing fingers outward, just like 4 months ago.

All I have to say is, it's now official.

Game, set, match, nail in the coffin.

    Cheaters.
