they're all must wins. this league is too uinforgiving. that said, a win tonight and the whole complexion changes.
panic is not the answer, pushing the gas pedal down is. bury some goals tonight or you're very well possibly looking at another 3-1- 2nd round deficit
like last year, and i don't think anyone's mother is in danger of passing away to galvanize the team.
just play up to your level, you are the better and deeper team, show it!!!

I agree with this, 100%. It is just as much a must-win for the Capitals, as it is for the Rangers. A Caps win and they are up 3-1 headed to MSG, a loss, and it's tied, Rangers get a Game 5 win at home, all of a sudden the Caps are down 3-2 headed back to Verizon Center for Game 6. It's what makes the playoffs so fun though. Fun, but brutal.

Time to get back on track. Picking Kreider and Brass to step up tonight.

Glen Sather should be fucking fired.

We fucking traded John Moore, Anthony Duclair, a first and a second for piece of crap Yandle and some scrub who will never play for us. That only should be enough.

We are paying Dan Boyle how much to play like absolutely crap?

I thought the Jets had a run of bad GMs, Jesus fucking Christ.

Our offensive stars have let us down...

Oh and our defense only has 1 point total this whole series....

Sick and tired of the extra pass, shoot the fucking puck. That is what you are supposed to do, but this is how they want to play then that is what will happen. Same result.

I guess TDK can look to enjoy his team win the series now, Rangers playing too awful. 11 games of one goal decisions, its fucking terrible

Last year Lundqvist's playoff sv % was .927 and his GAA was 2.14 and we made the finals.

This year his sv % is .939 and his GAA is 1.64 and we're on the verge of being bounced in the second round.

    Such a shame.

Elaine Vigneault. His playoff record speaks for itself. Led Vancouver to 6 first place finishes, and advance past the second round only once.

Really? After putting together a team that won the President's trophy this season and making a run to the cup finals last season? The Ranger fan base mystifies me. You have one cup in 75 years which was won by the skin of their teeth and the fans act as if the team has the history and success of the Yankees or Canadiens. It's hard to win the Cup and the Caps are built for the playoffs and are a good team with a very stingy hard nosed defense and a top notch goalie. Why are your expectations so high? Ranger fans have an unfounded superiority complex and a misguided sense of entitlement. The past two seasons have been as good as it gets for the Rangers, but the fans view anything less than the Cup as a failure. Why does one Cup in 75 years warrant such impatience and unrealistic expectations?

Rangers fans were being arrogant and completely dismissive about the capitals and it left me with a very uneasy feeling about this series. Regular season Rangers haven’t been seen since well…. The regular season. Their offense has been nonexistent all playoffs. This really sucks. Hard to see them winning 3 games in a row when they can't freaking score!!

The team thats playing better is leading the series 3-1, the better coached team is leading the series 3-1....dumb line changes, wasting Miller on the 4th line, McD was horrible again, top pair should be Staal, who has been our best player/ Girardi....Boyle should sit, such is the shame of Dylan Mcilrath this is where we need him
