I think Maudlin starts and Pace is a late cut

i can see people preferring beasley to williams. i think beasley will be one of the best player in the NFL in 3-5 years. but i see that for williams as well.

Read the rest, Williams will be good if his shoulder holds up, however drafting him means letting Mo go, so really the team advances nothing. Then factor in not signing White and it's an F.

IF they sign Mo long term that may change, but that's not going to happen, Mo is gone.

    1) why does it mean mo is gone?

    2) if we going to lose mo, dont you want somone who can replace him who is just as good?

we got the best player in the draft. it is idiotic to call that an F. you want to call it a B- cause it wasnt a need ill here that. calling it an F is basically means you are probably too young to be posting on the internet

It's hard to grade too because I don't know how they plan on fitting williams into the team.

Petty I gave it an F but I'm not so down on him. He's borderline to me. he could develop but if I had to bet I would say no. with Hindley im more confident he will be a legit starting QB one day. Both I would rather have over Grayson, Mannion, and even Winston to be honest. I think Winston will bust.

Either way it is a win though, they won't let MO walk for free man.

We would get compensation for him regardless if Williams does then out to be a stud.

Its a win-win for the future. Especially if Williams does work out, the kid isn't even 21 yet. Lot of football I'm his future if he pans out which bodes well for us.

First pick was an A+ the rest of the draft was meh.

No one we took after that first pick made me say "wow I can't believe that guy was still there".

Trading down instead of up in round three seems like a bad idea.

We got some good players that will help the team but with a little more effort and imagination we could have had the kind of draft to really make bigger impact.

    I will give it a B.

Not sure which is worse Hundley's inability to make quick decisions or Petty's inability to progress beyond his first read. Given the choice between the choice between the tow of them, I'd draft another defensive lineman.

Woah, woah, woah back up and hold the phone there.

Snacks is one of the ten best nose tackles in the entire league.

Some scrub we picked up in round seven of this draft hardly qualifies as a clone.

I'll knock it down from A+ to A purely because of Lenord Williams not being a need.......

    B+

First Round: Best player in the draft at #6, how can you go wrong? So many things we can do with that D-line now, so many formations, substitutions to keep guys at 100%, wow this defense is gonna be scary.

Second Round: Grabbed the type of receiver we are missing on the roster, Decker, Marshall, and Kerley are nice but none of them have that next level speed and extreme deep threat ability that we got Smith, only concern is he had a petite 33 catches last season.

Third Round: A guy with a story and a clear drive to overcome obstacles and give it his all, gotta love the intangibles and was a position of need, may either beat out Pace for the starting spot this year or take over his spot next year.

Fourth Round: Might be one of the most interesting picks of the draft honestly, kid has an arm and can develop into a QB of the future, the fact that the Jets didn't reach a grabbed such potential in the Fourth is just a bonus to make me like the pick more.

Fifth Round: The one pick I'm on the other end of right now, I understand he has great measurables and is a monster on the field, but talks of poor practicing habits and overall lack of effort, dude was late to his own pro day? Don't like it when I hear things like that about a player.

Seventh Round: Don't know much about the guy, but the talk is Harrison will be too much to afford next offseason and he may very well be out the door, can't hurt to start trying to develop guys to take his place.
