Outstanding pick...doesnt matter if DGB and Gregory are hall of fame talent if theyre suspended all the time which they will be

Yeah, I can live with it too, I guess. At least he's not a reach, was projected to go in the 2nd round. I think he will mostly stretch the field, opening up extra space for Marshall, Decker, and Kerley.

Geno Smith to Devin Smith.....the Smith brothers!

It's a good pick cause Marshall and Decker are here. He'll find his niche as the third receiver deep guy rather than thrust into a one man show.

Devin Smith is better than Green-Beckham, at least. I don't understand all the man-love for DGB on here, really shocking to me. DGB is NOT Odell Beckham!

I wonder what would have happened if Dorsett was still on the board ?

What's funny is the people who bitched about passing on White thinking he was a better fit than Williams don't even realize Smith is a better fit than White.

Everyone else is passing on Gregory also, he put himself in this situation, with his irresponsible and immature behavior.

Hill played in a triple option where he was more of a blocker than a WR, we won't have that problem with Smith

I like how he fits with the 3 receivers ahead of him. He can come in in 4 WR sets and run go routes and come in and play more reps with the inevitable injuries to Decker and Marshall

Thats true. I know a lot of people will look at Smith's number of receptions though and make the comparison.

The hand skills between the two players is night and day as well..only 2 drops for Smith this past season.

Its one thing to have the talent to be in position to make big plays, but its another to actually make the plays. Smith seems like he has a knack for coming down with the ball.

Dang, I did a little Devin Smith watching and he's actually got really good hands. He made a couple Odell style catches. He'll need some refinement as a route runner but for now he's just a straight line runner while we've got route technicians like Decker and Kerley.

Randy Gregory would have been a bad pick. all indication is he is going to slide to day 3. Bert breer said this morning there is an outside chance he goes undrafted. he said its not the weed, its the weight loss and his psych evaluation that have red flagged him for most teams
