Interesting Casserly is doing a 2nd round mock on NFL Network and between Randy Gregory and Eli Harold he goes with Harold, he and Mac are tight idk i think i still go Gregory he's just so talented i don't think u can pass that up. Hopefully Bowles likes Gregory but we should know if he's available at our pick if he was just taken off the board. Because he's clearly more talented than Harold.

After watching some film and reading some scouting reports on Harold , I'm not so sure that Gregory would be the only choice. Mac has to consider the fact that this is his 1st year, draft the least riskiest that will make the same impact on the field. Harold looks like a good pick at 37.

Devin Smith in the second and Kendricks or Fisher in the third is my dream scenario for today

Kendricks would make the Jets even more versatile, specifically at the linebacker position.

Kendricks, can play 4-3OLB or 3-4ILB. Kendricks could very well be the final piece to the Jets defense.

hmm..they say Bucs planning to take an OL inround 2 and the Titans will target DGB, making us closer to a shot at Gregory if that's who we want.

I understand the Gregory love, I like him too. But it's starting to look like there's a good reason he's falling. Considering what happened with Shane Ray and he was still picked ahead of Gregory says something too.
Gregory apparently opened up in his interviews at the combine, and may have been self medicating with the pot. And he's very light weight. Teams might be scared off now

OLB that is more likely is Eli Harold, imo.

Trade down at this spot is very possible.

I'd like an RB here, or maybe DGB or maybe Devin Smith

For what it is worth, the Bucs who are picking ahead of us are rumored to want OL with their next pick. Fisher and Clemmings are mentioned by name but Collins isn't explicitly ruled out.

Also, the Panthers who need help on the OL are reported to want no part of La'el Collins.

With Harris and Kendricks we have the best of both worlds with Harris stuffing the run and Kendricks covering RBs and TEs over the middle.

It's scary just thinking about it. The defense would virtually have no weakness. Then, imagine if IK steps up as our speed-rusher?

It would be the most versatile defense, I have ever seen on the Jets IMO.

Kendricks is a great linebacker...if we go WR I want Devin Smith reminds me of DeSean Jackson or Maclin

Jake Fisher, Donovan Smith, TJ Clemmings, Dorial Green-Beckham, Jaelen Strong, Devin Smith, Randy Gregory, Eli Harold, Kendricks.

9 solid prospects. We will have our choice of five.

When you consider we could have drafted WR/OL/OLB at No. 6, but similar prospects athletically and productively at same positions are available at No. 37, it's a good situation.

I know White is an elite prospect, but Strong's combine and production are in the top third or better in many categories. And DGB is one of the biggest WRS with the potential for a dominant career but dropped because of red flags. But available in the second?

Vic Beasley could have been our pick at No. 6, but Randy Gregory might be available at No. 37?

How realistic is Kendricks in the 3rd round? They may have to take him at 37 - if they want him. That would mean 2 straight defensive players.

Kind of hope someone takes Gregory so we can look at Kendricks, one of the receivers or offensive lineman.

How good are Donovan Smith and TJ Clemmings? I know they are among the best available lineman. Would a guard like the Cann from South Carolina surprise any of us?

Not at all it is a miracle he made it this far.

He should have been the ILB taken in round one.
