I absolutely 100% read the Wainstein Report. I actually don't care if you believe me. But I did. I'll be posting excerpts soon. By the way, do you even know what Cadwalader is primarily known for? They are an old time white shoe bond indenture firm. They represent issuers and bond indenture trustees and collateral agents and they do 33 and34 act filings and cap markets. They are in 3 of my deals right now. They aren't an investigative firm. They don't do criminal defense or white collar crime. They hired Wainstein to put his name on the letterhead. He's got the background but not the firm to do a true investigation. What he wrote was a childish whitewashing defense of the university that hired Cadwalder and paid him handsomely. At least SU had the guts to self report. UNC is trying to hide as long as they can but the real investigation is going to dig very deep. And turn up a mountain of dirt. _
you didn't read it so please stop spewing more lies. SU had the guts after they got word they were being investigated. the NCAA stuff was behind UNC and they spent a ton of money to reopen it to get to the bottom of it. I started to fall for the troll routine again. good job.
Nice deflection. So you had no idea what Cadwalader's expertise is. That Wainstein Whitewash reads like a bad novel. I can't believe UNC thought they could buy themselves out of the largest systematic cheating scandal in NCAA history. Get in line cheaters. _
Well it'll be title number 4 after the NCAA stripS away 3 titles for cheating. Maybe more, the cheating went on for 19 years. Going to be great. _
I'll entertain the little troll. so that would still be 3 more than SU, right? and if they didn't take away a title from SU who has been cheating for decades(cheating to be mediocre I might add) how could they possibly take one away from Carolina which does not cheat?
What does UNCs cheating have to do with my program? Nothing. It's a deflection. My school cheated, got caught, got punished. My punishment included forfeiting wins in SEASONS WHEN WE USED INELIGIBLE PLAYERS. UNC will forfeit games when they used ineligible players. Every one of Roys championships. Keep deflecting. Those banners are coming down. _
I don't know, all I see is SU folks deflecting to discuss UNC when UNC didn't do anything close to what SU did w/ cheating to keep players eligible, steering players to boosters to get paid, etc...
My scandal is OVER!!! You're hasn't even begun. Hey, other than a few steadfast UNC alums in denial and one non-matriculated super fan, everyone else in the country knows that UNC cheated. On a massive and systematic scale. This is going to be fun. Over a very long time. Dean is going to be spinning in his grave by the time the NCAA gets done with that program. _
And MY school's scandal is over. UNC's scandal is just as real and it hasn't even begun. Keep deflecting to Syracuse, but that's over. The cheating discussion now turns squarely at UNC. _
