Surprised there isn't a playoff thread for this.. I'm not going to go too crazy here. I'll say GS and the Cavs. GS best team of the year wins it all..
I'll do the whole thing since I'm bored before work. GS over Pelicans in 5. Blazers over Griz in 7. Rockets over Dallas in 5. Spurs over Clips in 6. Hawks over Nets in 4. Raptors over Wizards in 7. Cavs over Celtics in 4. Bulls over Bucks in 5. GS over Blazers in 5. Spurs over Rockets in 5. Hawks over Raptors in 7. Cavs over Bulls in 5. GS over Spurs in 7. Cavs over Hawks in 5. GS over Cavs in 7.
Man the Warriors are actually toying with the Pelicans. I'm so glad this isn't the Thunder. They're doing behind the back, thru the leg, 10 pass a possession, windmill shit. It's very entertaining. It's certainly 1000% better than watching the Heat the last 4 years I've watched basketball. It's better than the Spurs boring pace too.
Warriors would be my pick to win it all if I had to choose best team in the best conference they have a tough road after the first round but it's going to be very hard to win at Oracle
LeBron is already getting the excuses ready in case they lose http://espn.go.com/nba/story/_/id/1...wary-cleveland-cavaliers-playoff-inexperience
All the TNT guys were pounding the Clippers are overrated, Spurs will handle them drum. Even at the half, Clippers up 6, they were still saying Spurs would win. They won't admit they were wrong, naturally. Pop pulled the starters with over 3 minutes left. Doc left all the starters in until the end, despite the fact that Paul was fatigued (which has been happening a lot at the end of games now. Fitness issue). Home teams 7-1 (only road win was the very first game).
Rose, Snell, and Gibson combined: 0 points, 5 turnovers almost halftime Rose chucking as usual. Volume never a problem for him. He just can't shoot, as has been the case his whole career.
there is no series where both teams have won you would've thought it'd happen tonight, but Toronto lost again at home Houston blew out Dallas again
Kevin McHale out-coaching Rick Carlisle, who would have thought? Carlisle might be done, or it might be Rondo who might be done. Goodbye to the max Rondo.
It was the Rondo virus Dallas was having a good season until they traded for the virus Rondo benched for the second half last night. Carlisle preferred to use RAYMOND FELTON and JJ Barea. Strangely, Harden sat most of the fourth quarter, but it didn't matter, because Smith was lobbing it to Howard for dunks all night
Well if that is true I hope he doesn't go to the Lakers. Im not a Lakers fan but I have always thought of them as a flagship team for the NBA and it would be wrong for a team like that to get a virus. And don't count out.Barrea, he is a talented player
Firing Brooks one year before KD hits FA is a disaster waiting to happen. If I were the Magic, I'd hire Brooks immediately. I look foward to watching KD in Miami in 2016.
Come on let's not be ridiculous with the obvious trolling. I'm hoping okc gets thibs. All you guys have said how Brooks is so awful, so we'll see what happens now.
Yeah, I wouldn't want Rondo on any kind of deal at this point. Lakers basically need to throw the max at Westbrook and cross their fingers. Wasting cap space on Rondo makes them less attractive.
I'm not "trolling".We're going to be one of the favorites to land KD in 2016. Why? Because, Riley has done it time after time. And no you don't want Thibbs; he's a great defensuve coach, but he's a maniac, who has a history of ruining star players. He doesn't know how to manage egos... I'd stay away from Tibbs. And as a Gators fan, I'd also stay away from Donovan as well . IMO, the Thunder should hire Alvin Gentry.
