You can find them on torrent sites, probably pirate bay and stuff like that. I got mine off a private site. Only watched the first two so far.
I know Jorah said "They're dragons Khaleesi. They cannot be tamed not even by their mother" but for those who have read the book does Khaleesi ever get her dragons under control? I'm tired of her being scared of them. I'm ready for her to take some steps in the direction of being able to command them. I mean, how are they going to do her bidding if she's so afraid of them?
Last two episodes have been ehh for me. I know that there are a lot of storylines so they have to take time for each one, but man some of them drag on. I liked how Tywin's brother (guy who was sitting to the left of Cersii at the Hand of King meeting) straight up told Cersii she is the Mother Queen, that is it. I hate her and she needs to be put in her place.
Whatever happened to Robert Barathian's bastard son who was the blacksmith? If you read the books and know the answer, please don't post if it hasn't happened yet in the show. I'm just not sure if I missed something in the show. Last I remember he was getting leaches put on him by the psycho Fire Lady.
They were going to kill him so Davos (the right hand guy of Stannis who, ironically, is missing a number of fingers) put him in a boat and told him to go somewhere. I don't think we've seen him in the show since but I could be wrong.
The best part so far is the WNBA player chopping that dudes shoulder off and when the little girl cut the head off a pigeon. Everything else was like watching paint dry... My gf told me not to watch another episode until she tells me to, when dragons are eating everyone in the village and everyone is spilling blood right and left. Then she called me a savage.
The first two episodes seem to fractured. The stories are moving so slow because they keep bouncing from one to another and you barely get any progress. Its a shame that arya's storyline is the only one that is even interesting at this point.
Davos helps him escape. Last we see he's on a rowboat stating how he's never been in a boat before. Stannis gets all pissy and throws Davos in prison where Shereen (Stannis' daughter with the greyscale on her face) helps him learn to read.
Tough to compare to last season. I feel like season 1-3 had a similar starts to this one, more set up than shocking moments at the onset. Last season had much better source material IMO and was further along a particular path until Joffrey's death sent everything awry. The end of last season was closing out a lot of stories (Tywin's death, Tyrion and Arya leaving Westeros, Stannis ending the watch's battle with the Wildlinds) so this season is introducing some completely new storylines as well as new settings, such as Dorne, Bravos and the road to Mereen. I'm personally very excited for the possibilities this season based of the first two episodes. I think Weiss and Benioff have done a great job with the source material so far cutting away a large amount of the fat in books 4-5. I'm probably most excited for Jaime and Bronn in Dorne. Those two characters will play off each other so well.
The first two have been really, but every season has really followed this path, setting up the storylines for each main character. Joffrey's death is the obvious exception but time was still spent setting up the other characters and the early episodes were mostly slow. POSSIBLE SPOILER Anyone noticed that Winterfell has been rebuilt in the title sequence? Don't know if this is significant or not. I've only read the first four books.
I have to say I am pretty disappointed with how far these last 2 episodes and a little of last season strayed so far away from the books....Brianne never finds Sansa in the books, and Jaime doesn't give two fucks about his children and goes north to reclaim castles. I know Brom is a fan favorite, but he doesn't have dick to do with Jamie. Also, why does HBO always have to gay everything up? They hint at some gayness in the book. That's it...a little hearsay. So now we have to watch guys butt ass naked hooking up? WTF are they doing
Good point on renly. HBO really fucked up his character. In the books he's a bad ass knight who happens to be gay... in the series he's he's just all gay with Shitty lines. Lazy Shitty writing by the HBO writers imo. Also don't think bronn is going to make it out of dorne alive. I'm looking forward to seeing areo hotah swinging that longaxe.
There are a lot of differences between the books and the show that I can overlook. The fact that Brianne kills off the hound...he was presumed dead in the books too, just not by Brianne. The fact that John snow looks like he's 40, when he should be 15/16. The fact that Tommen is like 8 and still playing with fuckin kittens in the book, and looks like hes 16 in the show. I feel like they are cutting corners left and right. Maybe there are just too many characters and too many storylines for them to handle.
