    I'm a bit worried that he visited the 49ers (who need ILB depth badly after Borland and Willis both retired), and didn't sign him.

    Still, a good signing overall if he's cleaned his act. No downside whatsoever.

    I was excited till I realised that EJ and Erin are not the same person

    Does anyone know if his 4 game suspension is to be served at the start of this year since he wasn't on a roster last year?

    Minnesota parted ways with Henderson shortly after he was arrested twice on DUI charges in a short period of time.
    Henderson pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge, which led the NFL to hand down a four-game suspension last September.

    Spent last year getting treatment for substance abuse...I hope he changed his life around. This is his last chance, he has talent. I think Bowles will be a good coach to him.

    Saw him live when I visited my wife at College Park against Matt Ryan and BC. I came away thinking he was a future superstar and was surprised to see him drafted low and never amount to much. Still thought he was the best player on the field at the time. I'm very intrigued, even at this stage of his career.

    My memory may be faulty, but I think one reason that he has never amounted to much is that like David Harris, he is pretty slow, with little foot speed at all.

    had a nice run from 2011 thru 2013 before the DWI trouble..

    has been very solid against the run, while suspect in coverage.
    i suspect he'll earn the backup spot for Harris ILB role, while contributing on some coverage units..

    i like the signing.

    shame we couldn't find a way to bring Bellore back for ST tho.. one of the best in league at that.

    Wow love all these depth moves. They're all about minimum deals. So why not?

    Might see Lattimore and or Henderson on third downs

    His foot speed is good. It was the two DWI's and the marijuana possession that shafted him. I love the signing. Hopefully he stays on the wagon. If he doesn't we can cut him and lose nothing - no downside.
