I'm convinced the referees bet on Duke every game that would explain the Utah/Duke ending, when the game was over but the referees called everyone back on the court so Duke could shoot more free throws and cover the spread You never see that happen (horn had gone off, teams had left, coaches shook hands), but the ref bet his paycheck on Duke -5 Same story tonight So many bad calls and all favoring one team? That's no coincidence. There were three different plays where Duke stepped out of bounds with the ball or knocked it out of bounds and the refs gave them possession. Not a single time did it happen the other way. Winslow charge that was mysteriously called a block, because it would've been his 4th foul. That was the most poorly officiated NCAA title game I have ever seen.

Coach K bitches about refs at halftime and magically against Wisconsin of all teams is in the double bonus by the middle of the 2nd half
Duke was better. Dekker stunk all night and Tyus caught fire. The Grayson kid out of nowhere helped too. Wisconsins offense looked out of sync all night. They rarely take bad shots and they took a ton in the 2nd half.

They were #1 in the country in fewest FTs attempted against them, and it wasn't even close. 11.5 per game against them, 2nd is SD State at 13.3 They play Duke, and in the second half it's a parade of Duke players to the free throw line. Considering how many horrible calls went in Duke's favor, it's pathetic they barely won.
Told you guys that the only reason why Wisconsin won was so that way Duke would have an easy opponent. The NCAA made sure KY got penalties galore so that way Wisconsin would beat them and then fold like a t shirt to Duke. Its what they do. The NCAA gave Duke that gift of a South 1 seed. They had a total joke of a path to the Final Four, it was all a plan from the NCAA. Kentucky would have beaten Duke. Fuck Duke BTW, and fuck Coach K.
It was unfuckingreal. I hurried home from work, closed faster than usual, got home with about 8 minutes left, and it was all down hill from there. I'm not the biggest rule book junkie, but that was some serious BS. It's like WI couldn't hit a single shot since I got home, and then that call where the Duke guy CLEARLY touched it last? I just couldn't believe it. I felt like I was watching a Jets game.
I never had any feeling for them in the past, but moving forward I'm with ya, FUCK Duke. I'm so glad a deserving team that never wins got a championship..what a feel good story.
I'm no Wisconsin fan, in fact I dont like either teams and really wasn't rooting for anyone, but Duke was fucking handed this game and all their fucking dipshit douchebag fans are gonna be out thumping their chests.

Fucking hate Duke the school, the program, the rich bitch kids that go there, and that crap ego they have...However, this Duke team was damn good. Okafor, Tyus, Winslow, Allen...These guys stepped it up on the championship stage. Coach K is someone I used to hate, but the guy knows how to get it done and I respect that...However, FUCK DUKE UNIVERSITY.
I loved Bo ripping Dook for its rent a player system. About time someone brought that up. Too bad KY wasn't in the Title game to sent those rich brats back to NC.
