    I notice you have been reporting on this case. In your opinion, has the prosecution effectively proven their case at this time?

    yes. But the testimony that AH was paranoid, the jury didnt hear it. The judge seems to be pro AH leaving a lot of damaging details to not be on record.

    You think Harbaugh is a better coach/recruiter than Meyer? He may be a scumbag, but Urban Meyer is literally the best football program head in the country if your only goal is winning.

    Interesting you noted that because previously the prosecution asked actor Ron Silver-look-a-like E. Susan Garsh to recuse herself from the Hernandez case, citing tensions between her and First Assistant District Attorney William McCauley that they said erupted during a 2010 murder trial. Judge Garsh refused, insisting that she could remain unbiased in the case against the ex-New England Patriot.

    they really are done on the prosecution side already? wow, doesnt seem like completely damning evidence although i will admit i havent really followed it.

    Let's be real... she is a woman, they carry and hold fucking grudges. It's just in their mental makeup. She can claim a lot of shit but it definitely seems like she has an axe to grind based on what I've read.
