I don't understand the naysayers who say no to everything. How's it going to hurt to sign this guy. The Jets org obviously thinks he's worth spending some money on and bringing him into camp. Of course they just signed another ex-Houston Qb but a guy with a broken leg. That's the signing I question. I have no problem with a healthy Fitz but to me a broken leg is considerable.

I was thinking of the wrong Chiefs game when Charles blew up. The Colts game, he played well in the first half. The 2nd half when they really needed him, he didn't step. The Giants game specifically, he played like shit. All Alex had to do was extend drives and he failed to do so. That 49ers team should've went to the SB.

The thing I'd question is why sign both Fitz and Schaub. You'd think they'd make a decision on one vet Qb to go along with Geno. The Jets traded for Fitz on March 12. Schaub was cut by the Raiders on March 16. So maybe they really wanted Schaub but didn't know he was going to be cut. If they were to carry both guys what does it mean for Geno. Would they carry 3 Qbs with Geno as no. 3. It's kind of hard to imagine that playing out. You'd think it will be Geno and one of those guys.
Exactly right. Who cares what other teams do, all we need is something better than Smith and that's not hard to find. The list of available QBs currently is this. 1. Tavarious Jackson 2. Vick 3. Schaub 4. Jason Campbell Who are you going to take if you think you still need a QB?
why would a great organization like Baltimore waste their time with a bum like Schaub.. we're doing things right here.
