    I'd take Schaub over Fitz as unlike Fitz he's proven he can be a game manager in the past.

    Schaub is done, Schaub 5 years ago I'd agree but he is shot at this point.

    fitz has the lesser past but the brighter present when compared to Shaub.

    When Fitz played last year, he looked like a so-so QB.

    when Shaub played last year he looked ineffective on any level.

    theres a very short list of QB's that Geno or Fitz are better than, in 2015 Schaub is on that list. he'd be a camp body at best.

    I can live with a season of the Schaub/Fitz combo platter. IF we are guaranteed Connor Cook next year.

    If we end up having too good of a record next year and can't trade up for cook or Hackenberg ...do we try to steal Nick Foles when he hits free agency??

    I doubt we trade up for any prospect. It just doesn't pan out in the end. We will have to see how this season transpires, but an 8-8 record could grab one of those QBs.

    I do like Mariota, but neither Cook nor Hackenberg are a scab on Mariota's ass as far as talent is concerned. You don't trade up for stiffs like that.

    ????????Mariota makes plays with his feet so how can his ceiling be an unmobile qb?He ran for over 2000 yards and had 29 rushing tds in 3 years.Alex Smith isn't capable of doing those things.I think he has a chance to be a better version of Russel Wilson, let's not forget Mariota is 6"4 211 pounds .If he's there and we draft a Defensive player I'm gonna lose my mind
