Trial stopped today from a bomb threat surprisingly just moments after the judge ruled that they can use jailhouse calls from Hernandez to family members as evidence.. calls in which he told them he would pay for their silence.

*No word as to whether the guy who called in the threat was wearing a disgusting cut-off hoodie, or whether or not the caller was hammered on scotch that was aged more than his girlfriend.

If he somehow gets off on this one which I doubt they still have the trial for that other double murder he is charged with ready to go as soon as this one is over.

 

Straight to jail if she doesn't but at least he "probably" can't kill her there.

Not surprisingly the prosecutor seems like a complete idiot and totally unprepared to examine her. His stumbling over the questions is driving me crazy.

Judge limiting him from the beginning on questions he could ask. He was heated he can't really grill her.

 

Judge: "uh,uh,uh,um...I think, ah,uh".

 

Just heard someone covering the trial said she may not testify until Wednesday.

Said the FBI cell phone expert needs to finish up and that the judge may voir dire her today (prosecution is fighting it) so that may take the rest of the day and they aren't scheduled to be back in court Mon or Tues.

As she walked away it looked as if she said I love you to AH. She was also wearing the huge ring AH gave her. Whatever she will say she will not throw her bf under the bus...intentionally.
