I've had the "fortune" to be forced into watching some Giant games of the last few years. Paysinger always stood out as a guy that played hard and could make a few plays. He mostly does specials and is worth having around for that. http://www.nj.com/jets/index.ssf/2015/03/spencer_paysinger_ex-giants_linebacker_to_visit_je.html
I saw a couple of Cowboys games against the NYGs and he plays fast, he didn't have a lasting impression on me though. I thought that would be a better comment then being an idiot and asking who he was when I could have just googled him. Nothing like making a thread every time you have a thought pop into your head and then trying to trash other threads lol
Is it just me or ever since the Giants signed Ellis we have been bringing in former Giants left and right?
Paysinger is alright. Nothing special. But its good to have these type of guys at the back end of the roster. Depth has been a major problem. I dont want guys to just luck into being on the final 53. True competitions should be at every position from QB to punter.
I view Reilly as a solid special teams prospect with little upside in base d. Is paysinger that type if player as well, or could he also provide better depth on the edge?
